I found it disheartening to see no replies or any help for those having trouble. And this is supposed to be a solid help tool for those in trouble?
I get an error when trying to get started using this app.
*UPDATE* Now another 50 Million Facebook user account info are taken. I still can't use this because I will not login with Facebook. This is not protecting my privacy. This is you wanting to pry into your customer's Facebook account. I have had this since my PD started using it. Now with my new phone it's telling me "to protect your privacy" Please login with your Facebook account. I will not, can not, refuse to use Facebook to login to any app. Have you seen the news lately. Facebook has no privacy! I know it's easier and cheaper to use a third-party login app....but anything but Facebook.
I can't change my profile because I forgot my old password. There's no one to contact or no way to reset. Useless. Help please
Considering all the privacy concerned and facebook only login is a major concern and deterent of use. For a lot of people including my self

Works on my phone but only after making a new account. I tried reset password but email link page doesn't work and says error 404. I the installed on my tablet with the new login but says it's incorrect. Tried the old login but that doesn't work either so now it's useless.
I (& my dog)have previously been assaulted outside a dog park. This app would've forced local police & the DA's office 2 do their job 2 serve & protect! I wouldn't have spinal cord disabilities 2day &/or the person responsible would've been put in jail where they belonged if I had been with this app.Thanks Ceasar! God Bless!!!
This app is very essential to the wellbeing and safety of every community. Law Enforcement needs all the help they can get!
Seems to record ok, but will not play back. Kind of defeats the purpose.
What a shame! This used to be one of the best and safest apps on the web but since they make you sign in with your Facebook account it has gone from five stars to 0 stars. I can't even get this thing to work anymore what a shame!
In case something happen report the 911 emergency
Forgot my password .So.I hit reset pasword. Link in emaiI received does not work .I get a page that says,Error!! It wont allow me to reset Password

Just installed and it will not go beyond the welcome screen. Samsung S5 Android.
It only works in front camera, it keeps stopping
1. Required a Facebook account to login. 2. App would not let me register. Error read App "is still in development mode" and I "don't have access to it." ....may wanna update that mail flyer
