Ice Crush 2020 - A new Puzzle Matching Adventure

This game WAS my favorite until you get to a certain level then you cant play any more levels until it gets updated. I sent a message to the email listed and they did finally update it then a few new levels that you can play then it happened again. So I sent 3 more messages asking for another update and it still hasnt been updated. You could still play certain parts of the game..now you cant even do that..I spent money to buy more coins to help me on certain levels but no more. I and removing it

I would have given this game 5 stars three months ago, but not today. I have sent five emails to support and no response. The Adventure Game stopped populating on 02/14/22. The icon is there, but you cannot join the game. And it was my favorite!! Has this happened to anyone else? Some of the side games have disappeared, too. So disappointing that the Support Team has chosen to ignore my requests.

like to find out what you do with the snowflakes you earn? I have over a million but when you click on it says you can buy boosters and upgrade lives with them before entering levels but I can't seem to do that and the only open in the snowflake section itself is to buy more snowflakes. I can't even use the ones I have earned already!!! other that that I enjoy the game.

PLEASE add more levels past 2490. Level 2490 is the last level I can reach. After that, it says, "coming soon". I have friends that have completed higher levels. How is this possible?? I keep checking for updates but none have been added in weeks. Janny

Fun but the higher levels can't be beat without a ton of boosters! Ap is always trying to take my money. 😒 Just tried to login to Facebook and it won't let me. Pretty much done with this waste of time. Also No support! Game keeps locking up after using my boosters!! I'm DONE!!!

Lots of fun. I can't figure out how to buy extras. HELP me figure it out, please. 3/30/22. My game is STUCK on one level, now 2nd day HELP I have lots of credits I paid for and I don't want to lose them!

Lost a lot of rewards because of a certain advertising, making me go back to the begining of the game.

Once again, out of levels. Second time in about a week. Game has been locked up for more than a week waiting for new levels to be updated.

I really love this game . I have been playing it for years, but Iam disappointed that I cannot get passed stage two. IT ALWAYS WINDS UP PUSHING ME BACK DOWN SO I can never go to phase 3. I know I have been trying for over 6 months. I get right to the TOP AND BOOM 💥 back slid again. I really don't fully understand this game! But I enjoyed up until now. Has anyone ever made it to stage 3? 🤔 I don't spend money on them, any games at all maybe that is my problem!

Here we go again. Just got back in the groove after an update and after hand 2490, no more new games. It says "coming soon". Please update this so play can continue. Very frustrating!

I had given the game 5 stars but now changing it to one. Like the others I'm stuck on level 2438 with no ability to win in sight. I too contacted support with no help or support. Do not start this game if you are thinking about it, for after years of playing, you to will be stuck on level 2438.

This is one of my favorite games. I need more levels please! I have completed level 2520 and would like to be able to play! Thank you!

Here we go again. The game is not working only this time it is really bad.. level 2402 has a glitch in it. None of the yahtzee dice world works. I even tried Uninstalling and reinstalling,, shutting my phone off and back on. Please fix this game.. This use to be one of my favorite games. Not anymore.. Now it barely works. It rarely give you your rewards, it freezes up. Exampke: you make five in a row and you don't get the super jewel. Always have to wait for more levels.

The main line has been stuck at level 2430 for weeks now. Contacting support@Kudo does no good. The extra rewards haven't worked in months. This game has become a waste of time. Wish I could give Kudo the negative rating it deserves.

The side games are better than the actual game. I look forward to them. There should be single version of ONLY the side games everyday. But instead I get only a few days. I got up to play today and the free plays for Sunday aren't there. It happens often. Plz help. (Edit 2/27/22

When I first starting to play this game, I loved it. Now, not so much. Even though I purchased the No Ads option, I still get ads. I get 95% ads to 5% play time! Now, I am constantly losing lives and boosters, because the game keeps freezing up on me. I have emailed the company twice, about the problems I have been experiencing, but I have not received a reply, either time. I have deleted this game app because you never followed through with assisting me in resolving the issues I had with the game.

so i left a review somewhere, but where it is i have no idea. The game is fun and challenging til level 210 or so, then they get hard, the easy ones are hard and the hard ones are impossible, unless it just happens to help you win. The plus side of the game is there's ways to earn extras along the way. challenging is one thing, but impossible is something else entirely.

I really liked this game it is fun and challenging. I hate the advertisements you have shoved down my throat. It is one thing when I push a button and select to watch an advertisement but a whole different story when after every challenge I have to watch one. Oh but you can subscribe to this game and not have to deal with the ads I work very hard for my money and I don't have any extra for subscriptions. My only recourse next will be to uninstall.

I update my review due to after you reach a certain level the game offers videos for rewards or more moves but when you touch the screen it blinks and nothing more. All of a sudden the game extra videos no longer work, but of coarse the ad videos seem to keep popping up no issue there. I have read other complaints about this problem. I hope they fix the problem soon or I will be deleting mine. I really enjoyed it up til now.

Great game. Specifically love the side games etc. Just: 1) there is an extreme lag in the game, that delays the effect actual move / all moving gems, which makes the game extremely hard to play. Works great on its though, so I know it has potential. This occurs on both wifi and cellular data, even with game booster on. 2) reward videos either don't work, nothing happens when I click the button 3) not receiving gold when completing levels

It's been a long time since I've played a new game for 4 hours straight! It's not the usual boring match 3 game, they actually give you prizes, coins, gold, etc., that really helps to keep the game play going! Of course it wants your real money, but I played a long time before I was even tempted to fork over my money! The graphics are fun, everything moves & grooves like it should, actually better! Great game with all the bells and whistles! I'm 62 years old and I LOVE this game 💜😍

Really a fun game. You seem to win and move ahead better then other games.also I reset my computer and had to go back to the beginning. I don't mind a bit and I was close to the treehouse. Back again to say I still like your game but very upset. I have tried 3 times to beat a game and almost finally got close to beating and lost the game after watching a ad. That happen 3 times. I even lost the power thing because I was cut off. I think I won't be back until this problem is fixed

I've been playing this game for about 2 years. It appears to now have been abandoned by the developers. I'm at the highest level. "Coming Soon" ??????? Really? If you are adding 15 levels every 2 weeks, and I need 10 stars a day to get the bonus chest, that's 4 levels a day, ASSUMING I will get 3 stars on each level (not). I will go through the 15 levels in 3-1/2 days!!! I am unable to get the daily bonus because you haven't kept this app "up". The lucky spin resets Saturday & Sunday!!!

I love this game and it has become addictive but my problem I'm having is that the videos won't play when I try to double my rewards, the spin wheel won't spin (it gets stuck) then I have to close the game out because I can't press the 'X' button, also the gumball machine won't play the videos at all. I have cleared the cache and still the same problems

Graphics are simple, but ok. Froze a few times, but the reason for the low rating is the ridiculous number of ads. You have to watch them after every level. I get having ars, but that is too much and takes away from the game too much. I've uninstalled because it just isn't fun with all those ads.

At first good game, but now it makes it almost impossible to win unless you pay money. Also numerous malfunctions. Doesn't always give rewards when it should, and totally freezes when you are about to finally win a level, just automatically puts you out so you have to start over from the beginning costing coins, etc

Was good a year ago, but it's 2021. No updates and game play has gotten worse. I was looking forward to replaying the zodiac because it looks like you were originally able to based on the 3 stars on the side. We're still chasing pumpkins and didn't get bell level at Christmas. Also there are no new characters to dress. Side games used to count in daily challenges as well.
