ICE Data Provider

Simple and to the point, no unneeded extras to use up your memory. Nice attention getting widget. The only thing it lacks is the ability to add a profile picture and it would be nice if it could be accessed on the lock screen. This is it -;they don't ask for money once you have downloaded it to add more infomation like many apps of the same kind. Thanks for making this app and keeping it free! :-)
Good app. I'd like to see separate sections for allergies and what reactions occur. Also, a section for what surgical procedures have been undergone & when; section for implants and where documentation for them is carried (usually in billfold or wallet in purse).
It OK but it needs to be able be on lock screen, as pretty much everyone these days have their phones locked for privacy & protection. So really ineffective otherwise as no one will know it's there
I love it because alot of other apps only list a person, and not a medical history. That's important if you passed out they won't know anything about you. But with THIS APP THEY WILL. It could mean your life!!
I think everybody should have this. I only wish the medical notes section had more of a "form" format than just name, age, blood type. I got to the "blank page" after filling in the above ....and drew a blank. Some guidelines would be helpful (what DO emergency personnel need to know?).
It is simple and easy to use. It doesn't have any form to fill in but instead let's you decide what to put
I never remember to wear my medical alert jewelry, but I ALWAYS have my cell. At least I no that whoever will know how to get in touch with my family.
Great app, however it's a pain when editing the detail on my phone, the save option doesn't show.
Good idea, but doesn't stay open on my phone long enough to get all info necessary. Need to keep opening it.
There is a problem with this app. There should be a way to have the app key outside the lock of the cellphone. That way first responders can get to the emergency information with out going into the cellphone. Thank you!
This is handy to have. I used it when I went to the emergency room and all my medical information was easy to get to fast. Also in the event of a emergency this can be used if I can't talk.
Add emergency contacts and any medical info. The only reason it is not 5 stars is that it isn't visible on the lock screen
In an emergency situation, this app would be useless. Unless somebody unlocks your phone, they cannot see the emergency contacts and medical info stored on the app.
Works good on my Note 5. I have it as 1 of the locked screen apps and access is available without a password.
Small, using very little memory. I have listed all my medical diagnoses, current meds, & allergies. No space limit. Is great! Thank you.
It makes things more convenient for you and your doctors and emergency personnel to know just how to treat you with the right treatment.And it comes in handy when you are unresponsive.
Clearly gives the important information to anyone finding your mobile in an emergency, both with regards contact numbers and any medical condition. Adverts are very unobtrusive.
This little app just sits unassumingly on your phone. Using few resources and there "just in case it's ever needed".
Be nice if it was broken into categories but functional.
Very easy app to use and icon easy to see on phone. Can't access any settings as described but can't see why you'd need them anyway. Great app for phones where you can't add ICE contacts to your contact list
I had a medical emergency and was having trouble speaking. My Mom had told me about the app months before and I had almost deleted it several times for space but it ended up helping me when I couldn't help myself. The only thing I would suggest would be a lock screen button so the phone could still be pass code enabled. That way, if I were unconscious, medical personnel could access the important info whithout compromising my phones security.
