I really like this app. It does just what I wanted it to do. Most of the complaints from prior reviews have been fixed. However, it is inconvient to have to click the home button extra times to exit the app and get to my home screen.
Was looking for small emergency contact notification that floats on lock screen. But this screen.takes up entire lock screen. But can see its usefulnesss also useful for medical emergencies. Like that has the emergency call button too.
Every time I go to add ANYTHING. App crashes. Extremely Annoying. Other then that, It's Very Helpful to keep important medical information so accessible.
I keep getting the aggravating ad to rate it. I have not had it long and thank the Lord, i haven't needed to use it. I do like it being available w/o opening my phone and i like the features. It seems to be all i need
My information suddenly disappeared. I counted on this app to provide important information in case of an emergency and now it's all gone. My family was informed to look here if necessary but now I need to find another way. This is why I hate using apps for important information, so unreliable
This is an excellent resource for everyone's medical information. I find it quite difficult making changes to existing entries; sometimes having to delete and rewrite . I would recommend it .
This is the perfect app for emergency responders without having to have your phone unlocked. You do have to have it accessible through the settings.
only just installed us. User-friendly. Like the format of it very much. Seems to show on lock screen. Early days will come back with the review after using for a few weeks
As a chronically ill person with such a rare disease that few doctors have even heard the name of it, it is essential that I have sufficient information to ensure the right treatment in an emergency. This app is the best one I've found and I've recommended it to others of old age or with ill health.
Really easy to use and powerful. I would also like a widget or something for the lock screen but if it's there, I can't seem to get it working.
man I have multiple serious health problems this app is amazing first responders and docs have ur complete history at hand and the very important emergency contact list and it's free the developer of this app really and truly cares about other people's health if u have serious health problems give this app a try thank you very much for this app
Keeps showing the info after unlock the scree not on when I press emergency call or even on the lock screen. It useless for me coz this is a main function as I do not have ICE except for 911.unstalled immediately
I really love being able to have my meds on hand. But would like to see a place to put my medical history ( surgerys etc.) And i would love to be able to put my insurance information here also. So if something would happen, medical personnel would have it
The only thing I would change is having a logo entrance on lock screen, not personal information as the entrance.
This is an awesome app it handles everything that I needed to handle in case of an emergency and it is extremely user friendly I love it
Very hard to use and input data. I gave up and uninstalled. Went back to my original ICE app
If it had an export function to allow phone switching then I would give it a 5 star review.
Difficult to set up. Useless info requested. Just wanted to insert call list.
This is the most useless piece of garbage I've ever come across. You need a PHD. to figure out how to set it up and add your information and medicines. It need's to be made more user friendly.
It took a long time to submit ALL of my information, which i didn't mind EXCEPT when i got a new phone and nothing transferred over

I wanted this so that there was access to contacts in an emergency from a locked screen. What I didn't want was the profile page being visible for all to see on my locked screen! I thought there would just be an icon so the app could be opened from the locked screen. I'm going to uninstall it because of this, which is a shame as it seems ok otherwise.
