This app was rather easy to setup and use. It can be accessed easily from the lock screen. Making it great for medical emergencies. You can add contacts and health insurance info among many other things. Only drawback is your home address and phone number are right there when it opens, even from the lock screen.
I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra on Android 12. Your app only appears on my lock screen if I manually lock my screen. If my screen locks by timing out, no icon appears. I'm disappointed that I paid $8 for your app when your free version doesn't do enough to test it. I researched and tweaked every battery, memory, and sleeping optimization setting. And your support, while responsive, can barely type English and just refers me to Don't Kill My App info, which I have done.
I put the app on my lock screen.. then I could not update info. Removed the short cut from lock screen. Still unable to update app. Now I open app it tells me I must remove the entire app. I guess to re install just to get back to updating it. That is too much of a Hassel. How can you fix it
Great little app. I like how it goes over the lock screen so that people can see emergency information without getting the rest of the information on the phone. Not just handy for medical emergencies, but also in helping find me if I lose my phone! Nice and basic with an easy setup.
Would happily give this 5 stars if the text was not quite so faint and the total faff required to enter your D.O.B was sorted out The new date system sorts out the entry of D.O.B. so very happy to give this 5 stars now. It is now a first class emergency app. In fact having tried a few others nothing is as good as this. Further issues with the app have appeared. The emergency icon on the lock screen now needs the phones unlock code making it all useless and the feedback option no longer works
It is a wonderful application. It contains a lot of necessary and useful information in emergency situations and explains it in a simple and understandable way for the reader and easy to apply. I advise everyone to download it on their phones, it may save their life or the life of someone they care about.
Great app ideal to be able to put in contacts don't think for what it is you should have to pay for putting more than one contact naturally enough with people who. are around you there may need to be a few people contacted in a serious situation
This app is great for anyone who suffers from a condition that may leave them in a vulnerable position. Having the ability to see it without unlocking the phone is also great.
ICE - In case of Emergency is a very useful app. When you in emergency situation it is important to have medical contact card prepared on the screen of your cell phone. I really recommend this app for everyone.
I really like having this app. You never know what will happen from day to day. And if only everyone had this app on their phones maybe it would help paramedics and hospitals save more lives daily.
This app can be a great way of connecting one's near and dears in case of an emergency. So have i downloaded this app and am using it just in case. Highly recommended.
I highly recommend people get this app because if you ever have an emergency The medics are someone can tap on that and see your list of people that you've Listed to contact Someone you choose in an emergency
A very good idea for an app. As a trucker it'll be useful to have this information readily available in the event anything happens to me on the road. It has information like blood type, blood pressure, if you're an organ donor,. and emergency contact information.
This is an emergency app with a persistent notification. This apps is more modern and simple.i open the app, input all of my information, and then turn the app on. It keeps a persistent notification available in the lock screen and in the notification shade. The notification shows my emergency contacts, blood type, allergies, and other stuff. All of the features are available for free. It’s a good, simple app for what it does.
The only problem I had with this excellent application was that the widget on the lock screen kept disappearing for no apparent reason. However, and for whatever reason, this anomaly seems to have been fixed and the widget has been fixed securely on my lock screen for several days. As promised I have upgraded my rating to five stars and would give it 10 stars if it were possible. I'm 78 years old and this is an essential tool for my protection in case of unforeseen events. Thanks guys!
Before this app , I was reflecting on some difficult calls I've attended where people were unable to speak to me through illness. This app has a uniform approach to searching inside the app for emergency contact so that it is easier for a person to decide effectively. Am hoping that in case of emergency I can access the information to be displayed on the " locked " screen
Uninstalled before getting all the way through set-up. Too many basic features are unavailable unless you upgrade to premium for $8. Can't add basic insurance info, or more than one emergency contact, etc. I consider those features to be *basic, necessary* items, not "premium extras." Can't very well evaluate an app to see if I think an upgrade is a good idea when most of the basic features are not available. On to check out the other I.C.E apps now.
The app worked well on my Moto Z2 Play running Android 8 - I paid for the premium version. However I cannot get the icon to appear on the lock screen of my new Realme 6 Pro running Android 10. I've checked settings on both phones but cannot see a difference. It's very frustrating as it worked straight away on the Z2. Hopefully the developers can advise. Update: I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it and I've got it working on the lock screen.
I downloaded the premium app a week ago and really liked the look and functionality. Unfortunately, I was unable to to transfer my medical information from the competitor's app I had been using for years. I emailed Techxonia Inc. and explained the issue. They immediately jumped on the problem and, shortly thereafter, the issue was resolved. Recently Techxonia has added two additional categories to this app. One category for Emergency Phone Numbers and another category to list Surgeries. Very nice.
Once completed it has everything an Emergency Aid person should need. The app is very customizable.
The ice(in case of emergency) app is very useful in the emergency situation and it has various additional specifications for quick medical emergency help by using emergency contacts method into it. It can also used to keep the record of our physician to contact details in emergency situation with additional privacy feature. It's really very helpful app for all of us. It also very easy to access. Thank you so much for creating this amazing useful app.
Very detailed and user friendly app. 1 of...if not THE best "In Case of Emergency" app available. Works great as a free app, and even better when purchased. Free app is still useful even without full features, I recommend this and having worked in the ambulance service I wish people would use or have this on their phones more often, saving time is saving lives, this app could one day do just that. Developer is also friendly, helpful and punctual with responding to questions or help.
This is great app!!! ICE – In Case of Emergency app has elegant and easy to use UI. In general all the features of this app are perfect, and my favorite is the Medical card. In real emergency that feature is very useful, because any one can see it and it will a great help any one willing to help me in a emergency situation.
ICE- in case of emergency is a fantastic app especially in our current times that puts all your medical record at your fingertips for a health official or a doctor to find in case of an emergency. 100% an app to have in the pandemic situation we are living. Excellent idea. The developers put a lot of time and effort into the app and it shows. Definitely better than any other alternative out there.
the free version is too limited and the full version is expensive. most sections can't be completed in the free version and you can't even hide the empty sections from the lockscreen. so in an emergency someone would have to click through all the empty areas... this is a very nice app if you want to pay $8 for the full version....... edit: removed a star because their response is a joke. this app is basically a trial version unless you pay.
