Extremely sensitive icon on the lock screen that constantly gets pressed. If there was an option to remove this icon, instead of just "fixed" or "floating" would be much better. There is already an emergency notification "bar" that shows on the lock screen that is much more efficient. Uninstalling.
Like this but needs improvement. unable to change sequence order of information after filling out. Also needs more personal add ins as these can vary from country to country i.e. local emergency telephone number, travel insurance details etc. All of the above should be left blank as this needs to be tailored to the individual, I am writing this as a disabled person with many health issues, not as a one size fits all advisor as it doesn't.
For some reason, this app is no longer displaying the icon on my lockscreen, as promised by the settings. The while reason I installed it is to let my ICE information be accessed without unlocking the phone. Am I doing something wrong?
No longer displays on lock screen, which makes it useless because it can't be used in an emergency.. Please fix!!!
The app is great in theory, however, the lockscreen widget no longer works, thus making it useless for first responders in any potential emergency

The lock screen widget is too sensitive and the alarm goes off a lot, even when my phone is in my pocket. I don't even have it set to use that button and the stupid thing still keeps going off. I had to erase the phone numbers of emergency contacts because, even with the feature is set to not go off, it called 911 and I had a VERY (almost imposdibke) difficult time trying to hang the phone up so the call wouldn't go through. FIX THESE ISSUES !!!!!
You have to pay if you have more than 3 allergies. Pathetic, I shouldn't have to pay because I have allergies.

Floating icon on locked screen not working anymore after upgrade to Android 8.0.
Was looking for a replacement for my existing developer-neglected ICE app - liked this so much I even went back to the stock lock screen. Upgraded to the pro version straight away. Unfortunately the latest update has added Emergency Call, Emergency Message & Distress Alarm buttons to initial display - these seem to "pocket dial" and display even though I thought they were disabled in settings. This is so risky I've had to put a dummy emergency services number in place of 999/112. Will uninstall soon if this is not addressed... developers what were you thinking?
Great app except that there is one thing you need to fix. Such as being able to enter the birth date manually instead of tapping the back arrow 840 months (in my case) this is totally ridiculous and more to the point friggin annoying and tiring. Which is why I rated 4 stars instead of 5. Oh and the other thing is there shoukd be a way to save the information. I just had to do a reset on my phone, lucky for me all me apps are backed up, however in this case mine of the information was there, so I had to tap that fright g arrow 840 times once again. Find a way to backup the data somehow in the cloud so it can be accessed again.
Thanks for including my idea of extra Doctors and Hospitals. Recommended to all I know has health problems. GREAT APP JUST DOES AS ADVERTISED NO PROBLEMS. Got a notice to say it had stopped. Found there was an Update installed ALL PROBLEMS SOLVED. Very good people to deal with understanding and helpful. Would recommend to all. Hint if you have a problem make sure you update first seems to always fix problems. Just did latest update love the new locked screen so much more obvious. Would prefer the Distress Alarm to just be an alarm not make calls. This could then be used is you had a fall on walkway or in shopping mall. Most people see you lying on ground think your drunk and wont help if there is an alarm going they would realise you needed help.
Very buggy. Keeps popping up while I'm doing other things. Won't display on lock screen anymore. Removing it as no good.
I really loved this app and thought it was great except for it prevented my phone alarms from going off and kept making my lock screen freeze. I have had to uninstall it :(
I've had a subscription for nearly a year if not longer, only to find the app no longer works properly on either my smartphone or tablet running Android 8.0. The app information indicates the app is compatible with all of my devices. According to the app product info here on the Play Store, "LifeAssyst is a simple Emergency (ICE) App for your phone (Android and Apple) that stores all your vital medical information and makes it available in a safe and secure way, even if your phone is locked! In the event of an unexpected emergency, emergency responders will be able to view all this information at the touch of a button, WITHOUT having to unlock your phone, since LifeAssyst sits right on top of your lock screen!" Unfortunately there is no current means for an emergency responder to do any of that; the app remains inaccessible via the lock screen. Further, the icon that allows the user to make an emergency call or send a distress alarm now only flashes briefly on my home screen, then disappears. Its functionality is broken. The app's usefulness is fading. Support is nonexistent. Sad, given this once was a very good, useful app.
