App never works. I open but always only get a black screen. Sometimes I'll get an error with an option to send feedback, but when I select that the app closes out.

Goes to a black screen and thats it. Use to work but now can't get it to load.

Seems to work great.
Disgusted with this app right now!!!! As of Christmas week I stopped receiving my text alerts on my balance.... I am on prepaid and count on my alerts but now the app won't even work!!!! Loads main screen and then goes to black screen with nothing!!!! I AM VERY VERY UPSET WITH THIS APP RIGHT NOW!!!!
