1) Thermometer - Monitoring the temperature of the cooking / BBQ
- Select different meat and taste with default Set Temperatures and customized Set Temperatures.
- The App will provide the progress of the cooking.
- The App will provide notification (sound and / or vibration) to user when target temperature is reached.
- The App can display temperature in ℃ or ℉ and is user selectable.
- Support at most 4 probes of thermometer and end user can assign different meats and tastes to individual probe for cooking purpose.
- It may display temperature plotting which is real time monitor the probe temperatures and display the historical data in graphical format. The feature of RSSI displays the Bluetooth signal strength within the range. It works effectively with Extended Range Barbecue Thermometer BT-600 and capable to monitor the food & barbecue temperature from up to 300 feet away.
2) Timer
- There are four channels of timers which assist the user for various cooking / BBQ purpose.
- Each channel can be selected to work as up count or down count timer.
- Count up timer is used for monitoring the duration of cooking activities.
- Count down timer is used to set a target time for cooking. When the timer count down from target time to zero, the App will trigger a notification (Sound and / or Vibration) to user.

If your phone or device disconnects due to distance (definitely doesn't reach 300ft) or your Bluetooth turns off, it does not reconnect. Which means you have to restart the app and you looks all your cook time timers and graph data. Also does not allow to set more than one alarm per probe. Extremely lazy app development. For the insane price, this app renders the whole thing garbage.
despite the packaging saying the bluetooth is good for up to 300ft I barely go more than 20ft away before the app starts showing the "low signal" warning. that wouldnt b er so bad, if it didn't keep poping up every 15 seconds... I get it the signal is low, now just f#%k off!
Frustrating but it sort of worked. It kept losing signal and I was only 10 metres away at most. The idea is good and the concept is sound but it falls short on delivery.
Rubbish, don't buy. Bluetooth range is nothing like the advertise. Chart resets halfway through a long cook. If you lose power nothing is saved, your chart is gone forever. You can't save your charts. Very overpriced unit with only basic functions.
The app works but for some reason every few minutes I get I get a signal strength warning or no device connected message, even when the devices are side by side which becomes annoying. Other then that I like the app and the thermometer.
app and Bluetooth no longer connecting.the device works once and no longer connects to my pixel 2. latest updates of androids. multiple reinstalls of app. clearing cache and now redundant.connects to friends iphone but no use to me as i have android. any ideas
App is poorly written. Keeps restarting or disconnecting from the sensor. Range is extremely short, nothing like claimed.
Complete garbage. Decieptfull marketing. 300ft my arse. Continued disconnected notifications. Total lack of features for the price. Basically zero customisation abilities. Yeah Mavericks are great(not)
this app apparently "NEEDS" permissions for photos and videos. What for? No thanks, you don't need that maverick! Then i couldn't use app at all. I refunded the probe at the store. Do NOT buy maverick probe!
Still can't get it to open. It worked once but isn't working now. This is a rip-off A waste of money 💰 🤑
It has only worked properly once after I re installed it and now again wont opperate. Terrible waste of money

Range more like 30 feet not 300. works fine in that range but whats point if i have to be 10 steps away?
Unit is not completely compatible with android,signal loss at short distance
Probe it in correct spot. Let the settings and get that dank medium rare or any setting. Trust the timer my friends

Hey I've got an idea for you. How about you update your app once in a while. You know maybe to add new features and fix any bugs. App continues to disconnect from the thermometer so I don't get alarms if my temperature goes over. This is an expensive thermometer and I would expect your company would want to fix any issues. Clearly not.
