I just installed the app on my old Samsung Galaxy A10e and tried it out. It works perfectly. The visuals are beautiful, and the music, sounds of nature, and the soothing vocals are super calming and relaxing. Now, I need to buy an external speaker so that I can put it by my bedside to help me fall asleep. Thank you for this wonderful device.
Will not pair (Bluetooth) with OX200 even though it seems it. No pairing, no connection, no data.... I agree with others, app asked for way more permissions than necessary. Removing from my phone and will not bother to try a later version. Not worth it. [edit] After being told to try again, it still does not pair. (Yes, it is on my finger). Even if it did work, the permissions required by the app are excessive. Deleting app. Using device standalone.
App crashing - Galaxy S21 Ultra user here. I got this Oximeter because it came with a tracking app. I can't get past the page where you enter your email. It keeps crashing. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling. Guess I'll be using pen and paper. Thanks :( for this price I could have gotten a continuous monitor, but I liked the idea of spot checking instead.
Totally "useless" app doesn't pair with device at all.
Just installed the app and it doesn't work. App keeps crashing and won't save data. After app connects to device and asks for information, hitting submit says "loading" for a few seconds then crashes. Returning this piece of junk and getting my money back.
I love this app! Has a whole bunch of different layouts and features. Unfortunately it didn't work on my other phone but very glad I didn't give up on trying it on this phone. Assuming it works it is GREAT! (only thing is I wish all of the backgrounds, and not just some, showed up in higher resolution)
I down loaded this app a second time just to post a review.... it's a P O S. Requires access to media files, etc. Location. Why does the app need location info for oxygen level and heart rate? Oh, and won't pair with Motorola phone. Useless use of 184MB of space. And the rating graph is bogus. Search. You can't find ANY 5 ratings.
Please allow longer monitoring time than 3 minutes to make more thorough analysis possible. Why put such tight restrictions on monitoring times when the battery on the unit can last a lot longer. The other comparable units allow up to 10 hours of monitoring and data recording which would be very useful for overnight monitoring and lead to more accurate daily trends. Thank you.
I bought the Relaxation Coach Pulse Oximeter because it could measure my blood oxygen saturation levels and show me a histogram, which I thought I may be able to use to detect a relatively asymptomatic case of COVID-19 (I worry about infecting my dad) but what I found was also a powerful relaxation tool! TO ONE STAR REVIEWERS: It's asking for media permissions because you can: A) Take snapshots of the various histograms and reports. B) Use your own music during stress exercises, if you want!
Hi! I have OX200 and this app on Samsung A21. It all works great for me; except there is ten months of data that I can not figure out how to transfer to laptop. Would like to send to doctor. Says "take snapshot" at bottom of screen, but where does it go? Appreciate any help.
This app stopped working when I tried to open it today. There was an Andriod update two days ago in my phone, I suspect that broke this app, please fix it and make it compatible again, thanks!
It recognizes my ichoice OX200, asks for some basic personal info, and then the app crashes. Every single time.
Bluetooth connection between the app and finger clip. Why the app need precise gps location permission ? User location nothing to do with the hrv and relax breathing exercise.
Installed and couldn't get past the registration screen as it won't allow me access to keyboard. Buggy design.. OnePlus 8T
Theres no reason to access my photos or documents! But if you deny them access to private things, it wont even track your readings.Failured to even pair up in blutooth! Total failure of a medical app!
No continuous monitoring, cannot charge and use device simultaneously, requires location access to create a bluetooth connection, says device has low charge when device battery indicator reads full.
Unnecessarily needs access to your phones media files and etc., you seriously cannot open this app unless you grant access which is ridiculous. My information is mine and private, bought this oximeter specifically so I could use the app with it so jokes on me.
Monitor?? Are you kidding me, you call a 30sec and 3min option monitoring? Total false advertisement, as I wanted to use to "monitor" my sleep cycle. Thanks for wasting my time. P.s. won't connect to pulse ox on Android 5.
I will not use due to the app required access to my files that I don't want them to access. I don't know why they need access to my pictures, location, etc.
Great App. Use the iChoice daily, screen capture the logs and show/send to my Cardiologist and/or PCP, WITHOUT having to PAY any FEEs like many other PulseOx apps.
I don't like apps that require access to photos and files. It also had few numbers of good reviews.
On my Samsung Galaxy S8, I have to reboot my phone to get out of the friggin app. I would give it zero stars if I could.
Doesn't connect to the pulse oximeter at all so I can't track the history at all.
With this app I am able to keep at record of my oxygen levels plus I can also lower my breathing rate with this app
I have a Samsung Note8 and this app will not connect via Bluetooth.
The eye choice oxygen metre Measured the heart rate and oxygen level but the app needs to revamped If you revamp I will change my rating level
Bad display of the results. Needs a location permission.
Software can not connect TO GALAXY S10+. SERIOUSLY?
I installed the app to work with the pulse oximeter. It only works if you disclose your name, email, gender and birth year. This is all PHI under HIPAA. There was no disclosure of what the manufacturer is doing with these data, how they may be transmitting the health information to their servers. There is a privacy policy on the website, but nothing in the app. I am not about to volunteer to have my PHI and health data stored on this company's servers without assurance of privacy safeguards.
One star is generous, you can't give zero. The main problem is that you cannot set the breathing pace, and their device uses a proprietary interface that won't connect with the many useful HRV apps that do let you set your breathing pace. Further, there are no statistics. It doesn't give a hint of your HRV over the course of a session, nor does it store any scores from previous sessions. Apparently, progress in unimportant. It galling that it doesn't give useful statistics. They clearly spent a lot of time on the nice music, and the fancy pictures (pretty, but without any purpose). Overall the if they added an option to allow the user to set the breath pace, kept the music, and added a simple graphic to show your breath pace and where you are in the cycle, it could become useful, as the device itself seems well made.
