nothing much to say about app. Using ICICI after a long time.. I think there used to be few transfer mechanisms (express etc.) before. This time, did one transfer through app. 2nd transfer was made through another supplier facility. Transfer took a long time...and exchange is not that great either.

What is infinitely frustrating is that a feature which is not functional (fixed rate) is appearing in the app and is a really convenient way to charge customers inappropriately. My last transaction was closed at lower than the lowest exchange rate in last week. And beat part is that all responses in the appstore are for tech issues but I've not seen reciprocity on rate or charge related questions - except the chiched line - We provide service at competitive rate, which there is no data for.

While the User Interface is very easy, after successfully submitting fund transfer from USA to India, it took 8 day to deposit money in my ICICIbank account!!! It should have been deposited in hours (Express transfer). Called and opened service request, have to call three days in a row and all I was told is there is technical problem but customer support does not know that the issue is. Very bad experience. I should have checked comments before using this new updated app.

Worst app of all time! Even school projects are better than this app. Login from ICICI Bank account created the Nre acct but it won't get selected from the recipient drop down. Forein bank verification process (yodlee) did not work, after successfully authentication from yodlee it sends me back to money 2 India login page! Many many bugs. Stay away from it.

Igonre this app if possible. Takes 3 to 4 times longer than Xoom. I am updating my review. Money transferred and then reverted with fine & received email that there are no funds in source account. Had surplus funds. Customer service is poor and can't help with anything. I submitted bank statements too as supporting documents. Poor app.

not a great experience so far. registration went well and got back a message saying my bank account was verified. then it took me through the process of money transfer up to the last step. nothing happened for a day. just called customer service and they said my bank account verification will take another 2-3 days. then I will need to reinitiate a new transfer. process is confusing.

Poor customer/user experience. Does not switch on well, need to force stop and start few times in order to login, rates seen is not the rate received. Reliability as it stands not at part to some other competitor platform like Skrill, WU etc... May be it works well on other phones but surely on my android phone its been a poor show.

This was okay for the basic experience. However now broken. Does not let login. On clicking the login button, a globe icon just revolves, endlessly. Called their customer care. They told to reinstall or use the browser version. Reinstall did not resolve the issue. So this app seems to be longer working

Once you get a hang of it. One can. Transact fairly easily and reliably. Don't deploy the updated version it breaks. i have been using older version that works fine. thank God.

Worst app to use for tranferring you money. No proper follow up in case of transaction failure. Poor services for the bank. Chats will be terminated by them if they don't want to help. The support guys are cluless and it takes up to 10 days to complete the transfer. Go for western union or hdfc...they are faster and accountable

Waste app time waste use site. One more thing my fund account was already setup since 2008 and it says inactive and forcing me to enter my bank user ID and password or upload bank statements. It shows two diff status as inactive and active on site. Better try remitly which is good in rate wise and no issues so far.

Everytime the rates go high, there is a server issue! how clever!! 9 times I was not able to complete transaction, got a message to try later.. very frustrating.

Your exchange rates are lesser than other exchange rates. Even I will transfer to ICICI NRI account, this app does not provide any privileges or better exchange rates. However all other exchanges have better rates than this app. I am referring only for UAE remittances.

I did a transaction on 5th Sept they said the transaction will be completed by 13th Sept. I thought it was ok for 1st transaction but on 12th I see status as required more information for Beneficiary account which was a shocker to me. I did many transactions using other apps but didn't came across this type of issue. So, I replied them with the details but till now there is no response on my transaction. What bothers me more is my money got deducted on 6th Sept itself.

High alert to everyone never and ever use this app or service of money2india. They will never send your money to your destination on given time. It happened to me, they had my money for 15 days and at the end they said the transaction is canceled and you need to contact your bank. Redicules service from them.

I am a new user and am already having problems in login in. When tried to login from my laptop the page after login shows OTP mobile and options for opting in or out of the marketing information. When opted out, I can't go ahead. I am using chrome browser. I was looking forward to use this app regularly after the previous app I used stopped it's service.

Didn't expect such a worthless app from icici. When i have my account logged in and if i rotate my mobile horizontal, it shows login page again. Such a bug with login itself. How do i believe if its safe to use? And the chat support guys are the best of the worst who will end the chat in 10 seconds of i do not reply within. But I have to wait for upto a minute if they are typing bakwaas.

Easy to use and quick. Been using the app for several years now with no issues and have only seen it improve over time. Repeat the previous transaction is a big time saver!

Hi Your app is the most poorly designed app I have ever seen in my life, Can you please make sure your app work properly or you completely pulled it off, it seems like it made by inexperience student with poor knowledge, most of time it does NOT work, I can't change my address or anything like that and most of the other feature is not working, sending money with such a immature app is a big risk, every app on the market are much better in every terms, please change your developer

Ever since the last update was pushed, I am unable to login. After entering the credentials, it just tries to login but nothing happens (except for the rotating globe).

Good convenient app for money transfer to India. Use their coupon codes to get good rates...They take 5 days to transfer money though(even to icici accounts)...That may not be acceptable for all. Maybe they need to speed up..

only use of this app is to know the transfer rate. it doesn't allow me to complete transaction. Any time i try this i get a message saying bank transfer not supported at this time.. Frustrating..

Trying to transfer funds from last 2 weeks, every time asking for new documents to complete my profile, still can't transfer, when I call for help they can't resolved the issue and keep pushing towards other person. Very poor service.

Good and reliable app little slow though. If could have been more interactive and should have a onboarding or help document.

Not at all happy with the service rendered. initially I was told I cannot fix the fx rate, so had no choice but to take their flexible rate. Now 5 days later, I am still waiting for funds to hit the nominated account.
