Perfect way to save money for ICICI! Offer customers 'preferential rate' from mobile app, and make the app such that it never works! Gather all the customer data from google and never payout the promised extra rate. The login never works, have complained thrice already and the great customer disservice was always very courteous and useless.
Worst app from ICICI, torturing just to login. First password says wrong even though i am vey sure of my password. After resetting they send a big password that can not be pasted into the app. After all typing the password manually, it says error try agin later. How can one really belive this app and dare to send money to India.? Lean from competitors to be competitive in the market.
It's a nonsense app. It cannot take even spaces for city names. Forget about the special characters in German language. Funny enough, it doesn't even accept mobile numbers with 11 digits. There is no mobile number in Germany with 10 digits. Indians living in Germany cannot use this app.
Very bad app.. everytime it says unknown error occured and i cannot login. And when i login with my pc it automatically logoff while i am doing somthing.. i am still not able to add my accounts. I have to switch to anithet app, if this is not fixed
this app is not opening at all. after every update it stops working. technical team should take a concern about this issue. After many months I am still facing this issue continuously.
Terrible. Everytime you try to login it does not work. You always get "we are currently experiencing problems, try after sometime." For how long?? I have been trying since last several days!!
I can't believe that ICICI can have an app like this on the store. The app does not allow to login as well. The worst app that I have used so far.
Though the interface is good, but the major problem is it hardly works, you never seem to be able to login..
I tried to login multiple times but it got hanged. Very bad experience.I think this app is delivered in production without any testing.That is why users has been asked to do testing and get 10 paisa more.You cannot login so you cannot get additional 10 paisa, smart trick😁😁
I don't call it an app. Never opens and displays an error cannot load try again. You need a developer. Hire me.
Worst app by ICICI Bank. It's damn slow and also fail to show me my last transactions. I uninstalled this app in a min after I downloaded it.
dont touch this app. it kills your phone. its simply hangs up your phone and your only choice is to restart....3rd rated app.
this app is not leggit. it can be scam also. it directs to page which is not secured.

You cant register unless you have a mobile and address in Germany - dont call it Europe app
Pure wastage of time to download this app. The biggest private bank of India, claiming to facilitate transfers from 17 European countries with such mobile banking application is horrible.
App don't even launch and just keep showing rotating Globe.

Unfortunately I don't have option for ZERO star... It's being 4 days trying to login. I don't know how many days it will take...
Only option for "Country of residence" is Germany when I select citizenship of India.

Frustrating , annoying!! The app is pathetic. Even though I entered absolutely valid login credentials, the app throws up login related errors. At times user ID wrong, at times user ID not registered. I did several attempts at different time points, different networks - no use. Absolute crappy app. I cross-checked credentials at web browser - works fine. Typed very carefully - no chance of typos. The only motivation to keep trying to login was the 10paisa preferential rate. But not anymore. I will use the web browser and finish off my transaction.
