Bad experience. Requires atleast 10 attempts to login every time. Quick fix needed for this issue. The screen going completely white when I press the login icon. The issue is reoccurring the tech team can reproduce and check the issue.
The app behaves like a Beta release and has quite a few glitches. The app is simply substandard. Modification to mutual fund SIPs don't work. The start page of the app crashes frequently and displays a blank interface. The app has to be reopened to get it started. Many website options are not available. This is just to list a few.
Update says you can use the fingerprint but how to get that done is not mentioned. Most unstable and unreliable app, better not to use this app for trading and it stucks , doesnt respond and work when you want.
Recently I referred my two friends on ICICI Direct But the Rewards is not added to my default bank account .... And also the helpline of ICICI Is very bad. Don't Install this Apps . There are many Apps like Upstox etc. Install that,,,, but don't Install . It's a waste of time .
It's too disappointing that such a big company developed an app like this. Starting App- White screen, Before login- White screen, after login- White screen. Thought it would be resolved in updates but not. Irritating app.
There is no sync between demat allocation and portfolio. Both show different stocks and numbers. Pls fix this. Also, need to improve the user experience
Not able to find the required option in the application. It's full of complexities from creating the watchlist to investment in MFs and Equities. Tried calling customer support for the application navigation to explore some option and in return to my query, kept my call on hold for indefinite hours. Too bad... Not at all recommended ICICI Platform.
90% when I open this mobile app, it displays nothing but a white screen. So I have to struggle sometimes updating it, looking for issues and finally decide to login into the Web application itself. Bad user experience especially in my case.
Very irritating app. Trying from many days to open this app and once I click on login the screen gets black and nothing could be done thereafter. Every time same thing will be repeated. Uninstall and reinstall the app twice, but still login is not possible.

Pathetic, seems testing team has not tested the app in multiple devices, It shows white screen continuesly in my OnePlus Nord 2 handset. I can't do anything through this app and have to login through web. Please resolve this issue as I can see that many people is facing similar issue.
It was perfect app with lots and lots of features. Why is it icici direct old now. It shouldn't ever be replaced with any other app. No new app new ui can ever match this. Portfolio, trading single click equity with baskets bunch of shares, funds ease, reports in web, ipo ease of apply , demat allocation, mutual funds most feature rich trading demat app. Chart up-to 3 year, heat map various segments , sector wise stock share, nse bse sensex mid large small cap need all of it
When I open the app and click on the log in button, screen goes white and doesn't show anything. So not able to login. This is very inconvenient especially during market hours.
Worst app that I have ever used, top menu buttons are not functioning, seems that are only there for design requirements. Mobile hangs every time you use it, even if you are able to request for user ID you will not receive it such is the token management. I'm not sure who was the developer and analyst but they were successful to fool the company with such a third quality application.

Terrible. Going from Bad to Worse. Many times I don't receive trade execution notifications (using OnePlus 7T Android). Have complained innumerable times to the RM in vain.
Not receiving the notification on my phone. Everytime i login, i receive the notification of maping my device, i map yhe device everytime but still dont receive any notification.
Unable to view basic information like deals, news, shareholding, corporate action also. They realy need to update this version. The issue is proving the app as useless.
The updated app is not at all working. Once I open, it only shows a white screen. It's useless now. Please test the app before releasing it.

App not working, the screen go blank and mobile hangs while trying to open the app,it delays our trade call. Overall MTF as a concept was good and honestly because of that only we opened the account with ICICI direct but not a good experience with this service. Many a times allocated balance get settled where we don't know, the call center has no proper idea about the process/ app options they just keep your call on hold for as long time as they can.. MTF share gets squareoff automatically in
Such a terrible app I have buyed share still doesn't shows in portfolio I have selled share still showing in portfolio. profits not added . Automatically get log out and now not able to log in ... didn't shows the bank balance and many more list of problems I would suggest everyone to not download this app and rate it 1 star so that people don't get caged in this trap
User interface is very difficult. Makes it loose interest on using this app. For example, to buy a stock you should know stock code. Where as in other service providers you can simply with searching name
App opens and just shows blank screen. At least 2-3 times need to open and close then it starts working. Useless app
Pathetic experience. Most of the time the page doesn't get loaded. It just shows white blank screen. Need to keep minimizing and maximizing or Restart app to open the page. Very annoying.
MOST PATHETIC app.. very much lag observed and many times fails to even load the login screen. Despite of app update and using this app on different mobiles yet no positive difference noticed .. same challenges on all different brand handsets tried.. So tried on the web page and again same issue persists everytime.
I am literally cursing myself why i moved from HDFC to ICICI. Their app is so good and so easy to use fonts, themes everything is perfect. The app has to be user friendly, this is basics. Every time i open this app my mobile screen turns white and i close this app and reopen....and repeat this step 4-5 times then it finally opens. The overall design is third class. The watchlist and other important features are complex. The first thing i want to see is my portfolio but for that i have to go menu
