The app is so badly made without doing any test runs with various permudations and combination, basic transaction itself cannot be performed. After each transfer request user needs to logout before making fresh request. Cannot add payee. Isafe otp is not recognised by the ibizz app. Various other flaws n bugs needs to be fixed.
I can't believe that bank like icici giving such worst app. Till yesterday I was able to use my mpin today it says invalid mpin. Even I had changed the mpin and thrm tried new one. That also says the same. This app always have some issue. Really a worst setback from a big bank like icici
None of the features are working. Even after proper registration the application refuses to show the balance. Or do any transaction. The previous iBizz was much better
Worst UI and UX the kind of resource ICICI is having, I don't know why their app is pathetic. But their retail bank app looks far better. Looks like biz owner are voice less.
Pathetic app. Complete waste of time. Can't even login because all it says is server can't be reached
Worse app I ever used. It does not shows details of payee at time approval. Looks people developed thus app didn't paid for this.
I want to use imobile app for making payments on tablets . But currently it is not supported on tabs 😦 please support tablets also
App suddenly stopped allowing me to log in. Reinstall now doesn't allow to register. Log in with corporate id doesn't work. Please sort.
Every time error appears unable to login try again later or contact bank. When went to bank for clarification they contact to customer care when contacted customer care their reply was all of our executive are busy attending other calls pls call again later and after that they disconnect the call.You are on the right way to make success of DIGITAL INDIA CASHLESS INDIA.
Worst app, no imps, even neft is not working, no option for add new payee, i think they are not even testing it.

This is the most pathetic app so far in banking sector...even a nationalised bank app is far better than this... This app never respond...my request to Google play store is to immediately remove this bloody app from your play store

Worst app of ICICI Bank. Not possible to do any transaction except order cheque book. Corporate customers should not waste their time with this useless app.

After upgrading the app, it is difficult to open this app. I feel it is too heavy compared to the capacity of mobiles. I hope for an early solution.
