Worst update version45 ,all stage completed while capture photo automatically get exit, many phone faces the issue, some phones working how and any settings need to changed I don't know, I give all access to permission, uninstall and reinstall many times I'm using vivo phone android 7 nougat, another my friend vivo phone both are not working with the above mentioned. Please find a solution 🙏

This App is not working in my mobile phone... am currently using Samsung Galaxy A52s which I just bought 2 days ago so it's clear that am using a latest handset and still this App is getting crashed continuously. I am employed here in auto loans and without this App am unable to work. Its really very hard to borrow someone else's phone everytime I do a new login and this is really frustrating me kindly please reply me with a solution. Please help me ASAP.

I allowed to all necessary permission to app installation but however while uploading the documents app gets exit and unable to complete the login process. I am vivo phone user getting the such kind of problem. Doing re-installing the app couldn't find out the solution same problem is occurring . Please help out !!!

Why updated version is not available on Play Store? after downloading app they says please download updated version from their website. Also their server is not responding for download app. Very tired using this app. Please provide updated version on Play Store.

Useful app, but many time it's not working properly.. Also it's login id and password are not saved, we have to put it each and every time we want to login..

Worst app. Suddenly stop work while fill RLos. Also at last step add image option is not available. So faced so many problem.

Very Poor experience app dosent work in Oneplus 9R updated OS version. Since last 2 months my work is getting hampered bcoz of this.

Very disappointed ,app not working properly ,once you take a photo to upload it showing processing i have waited for 40minuts still it doesn't processed ,very pathetic app,

its very usefull to i bank personal loans Executives , and lot of time is save, we captured original KYC for personal loan process, and the mostly cases are not going to sample , if approved cases got a loan amount with in 4to5 working days...., rejection decision will come with in one or two days .....this is great app...

Very bad experience resolved querry 9-10 times but still not resolved , very complicated and irritating interface . 😡😡😡
