The app is worse. I booked 50 hour chat consultation and doctor didn't spare even 10 minutes with me. Please don't use this platform . Instead look for alternatives likes 1mg. I am totally dissatisfied with this.
I got really bad answer from a doctor,and they arent even helping with anything 0/10 dervice from doctor when i posted a question,and i got the worst answer ever,i dont recommend it,waste of time.

Very bad experience... booked for teleconsultation for 9th May 2022 at 10:00 AM as I am free in that time slot....but I did not received any phone call...Customer care simply replied that doctor is not availablee.... Totally unprofessional atitude
I posted a query for free. Got an answer in less than half an hour. From a doctor who specialized in the field I needed (ENT). I'm not sure how this app has so many complaints and bad reviews honestly. The query is great, just ask all the questions you need answered in that. Overall my experience was great. I will be using icliniq a lot more now. Especially with covid and well its cheaper and easier. Great for a consult on something you already have diagnosed. Or to help you diagnose something.
It has potential, but it's also a rip off!! Should be able to ask more questions and get more answers. Not the doctors fault. I sent her the link to my xrays and didn't realise it needed an access code. "I need your access code" counted as a second answer and I still don't have the answer. I have to pay more money now just to receive her answer.
I see other reviews complaining about the price, whilst there are cheaper subscription alternatives out there, the prices are not too bad for a one off consultation as long as you include lots of detail in the query. I guess this also varies much by county as the average price of a private consultation here in the UK is around £200. So an online one for £15-20 and one free is not too bad.
No response for queries raised inspite of advance payment
1. Very poor response time. Sent query and docs dnt repond for 2- 3 days. 2. App needs an update. There should be an option to delete draft query. Also when you opt for mobile login u need to enter your number twice. It should be done at one go. There should be a better filter to search for doctors. 3. Previously app was good. Now its rubbish.
This is my edited version review. Probably my first review was too early judgement. I was assigned a doctor just after my feedback. I am sure. Its not because of my feedback, just a delay in system . However found the app useful. Could be an healthy competitor to practo Thank you iCliniq🙂 For the moment i uninstalled it, as my mobile is very old and hangs often
I started using the app January and so far i have gotten very prompt replies to my queries and quick response from the support when i have any concerns, unlike what i saw on other reviews, the first query was free and i only had to pay to upload a scan, and i got a feedback within 24 hrs. I must say its been very effective and i am satisfied so far.. i would definitely recommend the app.
Click Bait. The first question is supposed to be free, but after spending about 20 minutes entering information, a payment was due. Apparently, this was because an image was uploaded. Avoid.
I wrote to the doctor yesterday morning and still have not recieved a reply. I had paid for the chat feature which will be over soon and still my problem is not solved. There is no customer support as I cannot reach the number given. If for some reason mentioned doctors are not available, they should be deactivated on app. My money is wasted with no relief from the problem. This is pathetic. Please return my money!
One of the worst app...their customer support is good they reply to the queries but the doctor on the app are highly unprofessional...I had an appointment with the doctor but even after 3 days of teleconsultaion the doctor didn't provide the prescription I mean how bad and unprofessional is that. Wont recommend to anyone.
Prompt response by doctor and detailed explanation and solution .Please note customer has the option of selecting the doctor from the available list .If your experience with the doctor is bad then surely complain to the app owners and they will take appropriate action but major responsibility is of the doctor for any medical issue.
I have booked video aapointment 3 days back, payment is also done. No doctor appointed yet. Even there is no support on app. No option to chat on app. Also if we call on support no. It's always waiting.....waiting......n waiting.......
Service provided is very very slow...I recommended people who require immediate medical assistance or advice should never rely on this app. Moreover....after payment of consultation fees to doc. it takes too long to get it updated on site's server. These are some drawbacks that creators are certainly need to work upon. Otherwise medical advice provided by most experienced doctors is of great value and quite informative.
I payed for the general practioner package which was 99 dollars for 1 year thinking I would be allowed to pick a general practioner of my choice to talk too but it turns out they pick one for you so as soon as I found that out I wanted a refund so I contacted customer service and they didn't respond to my answer at all they responded with completely different things like telling me if I wanted to make a phone consultation or query after I asked for a refund.
Worst customer service and I booked video consultation for 6 June 8-10 pm with fee of 635rs but consultation date showing 7 June and now I don't even want to go for consultation. I can't cancel neither I find cancel option not sure about my money. This is the worst customer support I have ever encountered. No answer with the given number in support section. Very worst service
Very bad service, it's been 3 days since I have raised a query and also made the payment online but haven't received any response from the Doctor yet.. not happy at all. I have also sent an email regarding the same but haven't got the reply on it. I would request you to refund the money if the consultation is not possible.
I dont want to rate anything because my experience was very bad . After making payment no one called me, they simply left an answer against my query and when i tried to write something again they have charged additional amount.
I don't want even to give that one star. I asked a query (paid one) to a doctor which was kind of serious issue. I was not given any response. I am really disappointed with this app. If one doctor is not available, do remove their name. It's very bad service. I recommend not to use this app.
Very worst experience with this... We have booked a video chat with a doctor and paid twice but we cannot able to join the video chat...such a worst app with commercial doctors. Please treat us as patients not as customers.
Don't use it! It will cost you less to go to the private GP. "Doctor" keep asking you questions, in order to get more money! ( You'll have to pay extra to reply). Moreover, he was not helpful, and just kept saying " maybe its that or this" . I actually found more info using Google!
Fradulent app. First of all the specialist i opted for query was not available. Then, i didnt get proper answer to query as the app again asks to pay 500+ rs immediately to reply to the second question asked by specialist.. Thus the payment i made and the time i waited(3days) for an immediate solution gone futile. Nasty application.
Don't waste your money, I still haven't gotten a response EDIT: They finally replied back to me but I couldn't answer them back without paying $30 to "start" a conversation, so apparently the $20 I already paid didn't count for anything 🙃
Very bad experience with the app. But doctor appeared to be ok. It appeared to me that they try to make you pay as many times as possible with some silly reasons. I had to pay twice for a single query. I will not recommend this platform to anyone.
