Great for just checking your account, but for some reason they changed the deposit format and it is terrible! I have to retake the front picture of a check at least, and not exaggerating, 12 times, because it will either just go blank screen, won't take the picture, or I take it and it kicks me out and back to the beginning. Fix it!

Easy & convenient! I would add that it would help to have various login error messages. Currently, I get the same message whether I enter the wrong password or the system is down. Should have two different messages for clarity. Thanks.

I like the instant balance feature which you can turn off if you don't want. I wish the smartphones had more access two information like the PC. But no complaints here. Very easy to use.

Icon federal has beennmy bank for many years. It was Idahy when I joined, one of the best decesions made. As for the Mobile apps, they have become much easier to get in and out of over the years and its great to have them at our fingertips. I love the way it makes me feel as if I am talking with a teller as I do my transfers or whatever I need to do. Keep up the great work.

It has gotten much better. There are more functionalities. (although the internal transfer function said it was not avail but in fact was.) Very easy to use.

The app is incredibly helpful to check balances and deposit checks. I struggle with the bill pay as they are set up online but not set up when I go into the app.

This app is great! Works every time, it's easy to use. I really like the fingerprint scanner option it makes is very quick to check my balance.

you dont have a way to sign up through your app? and i cant sign up through your website because there is no mobile version of the sign up form and i cant see any of the text on the form. so basically its your fault if i cant get my payment through! so much for a reliable company.

After the update earlier this year, this app became even more user friendly, as it works well in truly any given situation. If you need to check your balance quick, deposit a check, or contact customer service, this app will lead you to the promise land.

I just got an auto loan through icon, and wanted to do everything in the app. So, I downloaded the app and it will not open. It is completely broken. Please fix.

App used to work but after recent update became completely unresponsive. I cant tap on anything.

I think it works the way it was designed. Wish it was more friendly when looking at from a phone.

Super simple protected and almost alwats avilible all the updates get inconvent some times but over all a really good system

Works well, when it is actually working, seems like general maintenence always happens when i need to access my account, unlucky me.

I am only a casual user of the app and just use it for simple personal transactions. It works great for me.

Fast and easy to check balance, transfer money between accounts, and overall a great app

I blame this problem on Google for the update they did on my Google Pixel XL, but this app no longer works.

Does not update anything but balance. No transaction history or anything please help fix.
