iConnect By Timex

I never had a problem with battery life of my phone until I launched this app. It doesn't function unless you have all permissions granted and it always has to be re-synced or reset. Nothing seems to work properly, at least not in a way that makes sense. I highly 'don't' recommend this watch or app.

Kept failing to connect to pixel 2XL, the music app on the watch doesn't work at all. Find the phone app, doesn't work, and the guesture to wake up the screen doesn't respond. The watch faces are limited, and the auto sync of the watch doesn't respond at all, you have to set the watch and date manually. I returned the first watch, and now the second is just as bad.

Worst purchase. Review in one line. Can not called it as smart watch as no contineous heart rate monitoring. It is required to measure it on click. Even low budget tracker has contineous HR & I can not understand reputed brand like TIMEX can not provide this function. Three watch faces only. Not great UI as well with minimal interfaces as compared to other brands. Only positive is bluetooth calling features. So, this is very poor buy as compared to other brands with slightly higher price range.

I purchased the timex iconnect and I was disappointed that there's not much of watch faces. And it is necessary to reconnect each time the watch is powered off. I had to uninstall this app because it caused my phone to overheat, shut down and interfere with charging and draining my battery immediately after removing device/phone from charger. Since deleting this app my phone is now functioning as it should.

Please add attractive dial faces in app. So that user can change dial faces as when needed which in turn add value to the look and feel of the watch. As per "About this app" description : 5. Customizable Watch Faces - this feature not available in the app. Also there should be battery percentage indicator.

Not impressed. Weak software. Needs improvement. Tried to leave my email address within the software feedback form and it wouldn't accept it - apparently because of the dot between my first and last name. Please add more than 3 watch faces.

Amazing watch with exquisite features. I love the notification and calling features on this watch. I dont have to pull out my phone to answer a text or to make a call i can see and answer them from my watch. I can also make calls from the watch. I have only used the watch for running so far and the metrics look good and I can control the music from my watch.

Drains my battery way too fast, just having this app installed since it runs in the background automatically. The app is made to look pretty, but it's missing quite a bit of functionality.

No doubt timex is the best watch manufacturing company . I have timex iconnect smart watch and all the features of this watch are awesome but it does not have the feature of downloading additional watch face . So please add this feature so that the user can have better experience . Thank you

I bought iconnect by timex smart watches this watch have so many apps like sports,anti-lost,bluetooth,notifier, pedometer,sleepmoniter,sedentary,calendar,bluetooth music,calculator,stopwatch... etc.i bought smart watch.iconect bytimex is a good app and good very very..... good smartwatch....it also have heart rate........ It is too help full to me.

Using from 2019 December... one plus point is call receiving features.... most third class area is it's dial interface which are just lower grade while in this price range rest of the companies are given lost of interface features. Even they are not releasing any update for the same.. .

I received a replacement watch, as the first did not function. I could not be happier with the watch and the app. I have alway worn Timex watches. There could be more details in the sleep portion but this is a good choice for me. Well done!

Very very disappointed by this watch. INR 10000 is way much expensive than what it offers. Nothing to praise, battery life is very very small , 5 to 6 hrs of battery life. Application interface is very cheap nothing to explore. Only three watch faces which are so dull and dont feel like a others watch which even of INR 2000. There's nothing to praise about this watch. Atleast try to develope the application and add some feature. TIMEX made this a very dull item.

Useless app you will get better apps for less paid watches, even apps of fitness bands are better than this. Cant hear the caller's sound when I tried to pick phone call from this watch. In short waste of data in installing app and waste of money in buying this watch.

Does not get the correct date. The date on the watch keeps advancing one day ahead of the actual date. This is whether I set my phone to use network, timezone or even disconnect the time permission. Date needs to be set on watch of you sync it with your phone (why would you want to do that though right?) it gets the next day date.

Comparatively the watch is good. But as on the app is getting closed while running on background and the phone is getting disconnected most of the times and i have to reconnect again. This is only with one plus mobiles. Need the development team to look on to this.

It's tough to act happy with such a bad Xmas present. The worst part is my gf bought this for me because it cost a lot more than hers and she thinks I'm tech savvy and got me the spendy one of her choices. Well. Hers has multiple displays, it can take future apps. It lasts a week on a single charge. It can tell when she is asleep or awake. It is loud and clear with phone calls. It's got a camera with okay megapixels for face chat. It's a gift that will make the one giving feel horrible.

Love the watch.. Price of watch is very economical. Activity function is very helpful. App sync well with the watch data and more over connectivity is very good.

I have an eye connect by Timex but it's an iConnect by Timex 2 and there is no app available that I can find so I have a watch that I bought that is unusable. So it sucks!!

This is not the correct App for the Timex watch. If you can't find it through the play store go to the Timex website and look for the Play Store link to the correct app.

trying to find iconnect by timex 2, but play store only shows iconnect by timex therefore cannot use da app to connect my watch with da app....what a waste...

The date is not right,no matter if you do a reset or turn the watch and phone off then on again.i was disappointed in the watch I don't think it's worth what I paid and this app doesn't work right.

Does not update calandar correctly, one day in advance. Does not connect to or recognize my i con _LE device as per manufacturer. Does not keep connection even if watch is right next to phone.

Always need to syn or reset device . UI fuctions not work proper , e.g msg sender name shown diffrent and actual msg is diffrent some time incoming call not showing incoming and oitgoing call End button not highlight some time. Fitness messure is not accurate battery backup not good no water resistant do not buy this in 5 thousand or 8 thousand its actual price is 2000/- worth

Calling feature makes it a very unique watch specially while driving. Thumbs up to Timex for giving such features at low prices.

Right off the bat i couldn't even put in my actual weight because iconnect doesnt think anyone would weigh more than 270 pounds. I got this to help me lose weight and i cant even take realistic measurements.

It is a very good gadget watch. Specially the calling feature is just very useful while driving.

Don't ever go to this timex watch, batter life very very very poor, date and time will not work, high price product with poor quality. Nothing is working good. Seriously and genuinely I was regretting so much as I bought this.

App is good but the watch is Not at all worth for money.... poorest of the pooooor battery life. MI 5 band is 10000000000 times more worthy than this.. This was my first smart watch and totally dissatisfied and disappointed

The clock is good but there are only four wallpapers, some should be more like the rest of the smart watches
