iConnect By Timex 2

My phone shows that the watch is connected via bluetooth, but the app itself shows "no connection." When I try to connect the watch in the app, it shows a blank "device connection" screen with the word "refresh" on the bottom. Since I can't even connect the watch or sync it to my phone, it's completely useless.

I have 2 of the kids active watchesm would be great if you could connect 2 watches but it isn't possible. I've had to put one on my husband's phone and one on mine. It worked great for the first 2 days but now the watches disconnects everyday meaning the alarms, reminders and sleep tracker don't work. Bluetooth is always on and says they're paired however the app can't ever find the watch when I'm holding it in my other hand. Very frustrating!

Tech support is totally ridiculous! All they said was uninstall the app & reinstall it. Didn't solve any problems 😕 Doesn't count my steps, Doesn't report accuracy in weather. Thought Timex was reputable

Timex is a brand that I have used and trusted for years. So I was very disappointed with this poor excuse for a smartwatch. The casing and physical features of the watch are fantastic, just what I would expect from a timex. But the software is terrible and presumably third-party, not developed by timex. There are just too many flaws. After only three days of use I threw it away and went back to my cheap watch. Really, just buy any watch other than this one

Very disappointed with the app, no music control, no new watch faces, no real always on, whether only displays current temperature. The iconnect pro is beautiful and have so much potential but the interface is poorly designed. Unfortunately there are very cheap Chinese watches with much better interface. Pd. We should be allowed to create our own watch faces.

Needs a lot of work. If you work nights you can't track your sleep during the day. The watch continually disconnects from the phone. Don't get message notifications consistently. Perhaps as a result of the disconnections. You can't put the watch in sleep mode so it lights up every time you roll over at night blinding your partner. If you need to find your phone, have fun with that you can't turn off the sound once you find it. I like the look of the watch & hope things work better with updates.

I'm really enjoying this watch and the app. It's not having any connecting issues, charts and graphs my walks, pretty on point with the heart monitor. Sleep monitor could use some work.. It's missing a few hours usually. But all and all, it's def not as sophisticated as a Fitbit but I really like it for the price of watch and app.

Bought a new phone and now can't even get the app to work at all. Was somewhat satisfied with it before. Basic features. Not sure how to sync the weather or music screens 😕 but all in all does what I need it to do for the price. Hope I can figure it out for my new phone 😤

This watch worked for one month. Unable to control anything. I had to Uninstall the app to avoid draining my phone's battery.

Find your phone feature is not well built. Once you switch it on, you can't turn it off. The hack is to open the iconnect2 app and press the Find my phone option again. It gives you a dialogue box which you can click to stop the beeps. It's a very dumb design by the developers.I had to restart my phone the first couple of times to stop the godawful beeps, until I found this hack. Timex should atleast release an update which resolves this issue.

I can't even get the app to download sometimes let alone link to the watch. My daughters watch wont link to keep the time yet connecting to the app to fix it isn't happening. This needs serious work as the watch is useless without the app. If the watch battery dies it loses the time and to update everything you have to be able to access the app which is useless.

My watch is connected to my phone via BT but when I try to pair it with app, the app doesn't show my watch. If my watch does not pair with my app then it is completely useless. I mailed timex abt it they just send me the link to install the app and asked for my no. to call but nobody called. I thought timex (tata) is a trusted name but I feel cheated.

Horrible Smartwatch which is surprising since Timex has been around for a long time. Sync is unreliable, phone app is horrible. Do not waste your money. Spend a little more and buy something that actually works.

Can't even get a registration code sent so I can register my email. Have to constantly log in to see any of my data. App seems to only retain data from the last day, probably because I have to log in as a guest, due to not being able to get a registration code. App drains the battery on my phone faster than any other app I've ever seen. Pretty much, I find this just barely a grade above unusable. Timex needs to get itself together and hire developers that know how to produce something that is actually functional and user-friendly.

I got this watch yesterday I have been on phone with support for over an hour. This problem has not been solved! My location is 20 miles off. It doesn't notify me when phone rings. I ordered online so I can't return because the store is closed. This watch sucks! Worst watch ever! The temp never changes it's says 32. It's 80 degrees outside. Still not resolved it's July. Customer service doesn't know why the location is wrong and can't fix it.

For all you people complaining about the timex iconnect active. This watch is as good as a Fitbit versa at half the cost the problem you are having with pairing it is you have to manually go into your settings and turn on the location yes it asks for permission but location is not turned on automatically. If the watch is to far from the phone it will loose connection turn on location and pair again it takes 15 seconds. Btw I'm using a galaxy s10 with android 10 and I've been enjoying the watch.

So far I have been unable to pair my watch in the app. The watch pairs with my phone via Bluetooth just fine, but the app won't find my watch to pair, thus making the watch useless. I have attempted all suggestions in reviews here and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, turning my phone off and on, turning the watch off and on. Nothing works.

Terrible app. Continually disconnects from my watch even when watch and phone are within inches of each other. Often shows heart rate of 000 which is somewhat alarming. Would also be nice if sleep tracking was updated to include time awake and REM sleep. Please work on some Upgrades. Been disappointed practically since I purchased the watch!

I'm giving it 4 stars because everything is best except the bluetooth connectivity is not good as it disconnects everytime when turning the app off and the other thing is that it just contain limited watch faces. There should be more watchfaces as per costumers views. Thank you only this 2 are main reason otherwise the watch is best.

The watch is amazing... this app is terrible and in turn makes the watch mostly useless because the watch won't pair with the app. I got it as a gift and I love the watch but there needs to be a serious update or overhaul on this app. If you can't use the watch without it, its not worth buying really.

Solo watch.time and steps only. No connectivity. No Strava link.autherized but data goes nowhere. Out of range doesn't work. No music link control with any app.. honestly sad.. Weather shows snow and rain at 32° when it's 80° outside. Between watch and app none of sports data shows up only steps

The app won't do anything at all without access to your contacts. I have no intention of using the social features and I don't know anybody with a compatible watch. I've allowed all permissions except contacts and launching the app just shows a dialog asking me to "allow necessary permissions".

Not happy. It has potential but the app doesn't stay connected. It doesn't refresh nearly enough so weather isn't accurate. Not sure if my activity or sleep is accurate. Doesn't seem to be. Doesn't always show messages

Hard time reconnecting to watch. To decrease battery drain, I dont keep bluetooth or location service on continuously. So when trying to reconnect to app, phone will say connected via blue tooth but app doesnt register consistently. Also doesnt always track sleep

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! App sucks, you have to sign in every single time! The watch doesn't work at all. Only tracks if you tell it to, one thing at a time though. Steps or heart rate, you don't get both. Terrible product and over all, I would never recommend.

My review after your response to your poor app/ watch! Tried all you said and it still did not connect. A watch should not have such a difficult issue connecting. I have used other smart watches and this has the poorest software. The watch icon is not on the app to chose from and trying all the ones available on the app in line with your instructions ( not just icon acti) still doesn't work. Your labourous information/explanation on connection process shows how poor it is. Shame!

My watch keeps unpairing and I can't seem to get it paired again this is ridiculous and a waste of money. I uninstall this and install it again turn it off turn it on turn my phone off turn it on nothing is working to get it paired again. I waste so much time trying to get it to pair again but it will not.

There is issue in reconnecting, everytime need to connect/pair fails. I have to uninstall and resinstall the app again and again for this simple reason almost every alternate day. Do not understand if the problem is with the watch or app??? Very bad experience.

I should have read the reviews before buying. Watch won't connect to app. Connects to bluetooth but only able to control music. I will be returning it and never messing with this brand again.

Very disheartened by the product and app. Doesn't get connect. Even if connected it is disconnected frequently. Went to point of sale but they are giving lamr excuses for exchange. Complete waste of money. Did not expect that from timex.
