I installed it early January and it worked reasonably well, connecting to my elliptic bike without issues. However, the user interface is not very intuitive and clearly has flaws (e.g. text hard to read due to the lack of contrast with the background). Now it even stopped working: when selecting the type of exercise, instead of connecting to the bike it just does nothing. I've tried to unistall and re-install it, but the result is the same. Totally useless.

Really not happy. Sometimes it won't connect and even when it does there is no transmission of data from the spin bike. I have contacted support a few times with no response.

would be great if the develpoer can provide more information on what "devices" are compatible. for example the application has possibility to "read" the heart rate from either the sport device (in my case ToorX) or from a so called "Blueetooth HR sensor" without telling which of them are compatible. I am interested to buy one but there is a large variety and i have no clue which to pick. E.g. is Huawei Band 6 compatible or Xiaomi Mi Smart Band 6? ... i do not want to buy such device only to return them to the store becuase is not compatible)

Decent app, does what it says on the tin. Connects with my JLL bike and shows and records relevant stats. My main criticism is that the UI during the training is not ideal. 2/3rds of the screen are consumed for representing a single (fairly unimportant for me) number - virtual distance. As a result the rest of the data has to be split accross two pages, which is frustrating and the split is fixed and isn't great either ( it should ideally be customizable what's on which page).

The app is pretty basic, the UI is incredibly inefficient, and if for some reason the Bluetooth connection breaks (which it will) you're training up till then won't be recorded, and since you can't edit your records (or in fact even delete them) that crashed day will stay in your record forever. Oh and don't expect a reply from support either.

I use Interval training quite a lot but choosing the interval duration has become buggy. For example when I choose the rest interval to be 1 minute and confirm that, the value stays at the default of 3 minutes. I'd also like to save my last Interval training configuration so next time I want to train I don't have to re-enter all the data. Otherwise the app is great for me and being free is the cherry on top 👌

Broken since last Android update months ago. It's the only app that worked with my rower, and now I have nothing.

Pixel 2 running Android 11: when doing a map workout, 1) it's limited to 25 km which make absolutely no sense, and 2) when I increase the level during the workout, it always jumps back to level 1 after a few seconds, which makes the app totally useless. Works well on Pixel c tablet running Android 8.1.

App has always been mediocre in terms of usability. With last android update, not working any more on my galaxy S10, at all. Reached out to dev but no response after almost one month, and apparently I am not alone.

App used to work reasonably well on my phone. However, since the latest update I've been unable to connect to my JLL bike. Emailed the developers but no response. Really must do better!

It was borderline okay before, after the last update it simply doesnt work. Doesnt react when trying to start a new work out.

When looking at the blue tooth devices nearby, my phone is listing the iconsole device (Flowfitness CT2.5i) However in this app it never is listed so I'm not able to connect it at all. Edit: The current does connect, but every activity wants to reconnect while the previous one does not disconnect until there is a timeout.

won't connect to my bike at all. I can see the bike showing as iConsole+0078 in the Bluetooth connections list on my tablet however when I try to pair it I get a message saying the bike had rejected the connection. When I open the app and try to connect to the bike using the app, it doesn't find any devices to connect to. Very annoying having spent a lot of money on a bike and the app that comes with it simply doesn't work.

Update: Bluetooth dropped 4 times in a half hour cycle with all data lost each time - rubbish!! Constant struggle to get App and bike to speak to each other. App says to start bike and select it, bike is started and I'm pedalling but App says I'm not! App won't connect to HRM, only to bike that then connects to HRM. Support option just tries to sell you Kinomap

Poor design - barely worked at all. I have a DKN treadmill. Great treadmill but Bluetooth virtually impossible to use to download data because there are no suitable apps. The only thing I can do is use it with machine in manual mode. Then iConsole will coonect and download data but either crashes or just stops after 5 mins. I can' t get anything else to work at all. Ironically Fit Hi Way actually works quite well but is being discontinued.

Overall it works rather well on my JLL RE600 PRO Recumbent Bike however there are a few niggles that might also be afffecting others: 1. It doesn't seem to like sharing a Bluetooth connection with other devices, this can result in a lot connection to bike. 2. It seems to add empty 1970 date workouts at the bottom of my workout list. 3. The map function has a woeful limit of 25KM (15.5 Miles).

Doesn't work on my OnePlus 8 pro because it won't connect to my iConsole (Maxxus CX 5.1) with Bluetooth. I tried it on my Huawei tablet and it seems to work however for the map mode it gives the following error that it doesn't it isn't able to load so you can only see the bird's eye view in satellite or map mode, no 3d mode.

Although it is kind of a basic app, it still struggles with the BT connection. Worked for some time, now it shows to be connected but doesn't do anything... Will look for some other equipment, at least I've learned that I have to research for a working app, also.

switched from fit hi way. would be nice to have better statistics here like weekly/monthly summaries. had problem with being disconnected during work outs but turning off cellular data seemed to solve the problem. will give better rating when statistics are improved

After posting a poor review initially, I did manage to get in touch with support. Austin from iConsole+ communicated throughout the process of resolving the issues I raise. Strava sync now works and the intermittent treadmill disconnection issue is 80% resolved. They are continuing with the issue, always getting beck to me to test, Thank toy

I haven't had a lot of issues apart from a bit of connection difficulties with new phone and connection dropping. Would like to be able to set targets before having to connect to the bike computer. Can I use a Garmin BT chest strap? More flexibility in setting off line please.

It kind of works. Connected to a DKN EZrun treadmill. The problems are numerous. 1. Not user friendly 2. you can't view the workouts until the treadmill is connected 3. the interval workout time can't be changed from 20 minutes 4. the program workouts don't have any information on speed or incline 5. no idea how to use the mapping function.
