Love the features of this. Still the best pioneer remote app out there. One drawback which is major to me. I just bought a BDP-41FD. I can control it but can't use the select key. That's huge. Please fix.
I love the app despite not all the features work on my 1020K. Must be great for the 2011+ models.
Upgraded my galaxy S to android 3 and now it wont connect to 1021-vsx. What a waste of money.
Good job on the app, couldn't find a Pioneer app that controlled both the VSX1020 & BDP450. Happy now, looking forward to future updates, hope there will be some more in depth menu controls. Keep up the good work :-)
Worked great for 1 afternoon. Then my phone upgraded to android 4.4.2 now the app won't find my vsx920
Works fantastic with my 920 and finds my bdp320 bluray nice thanks to your upgrade is so easy. This is on my galaxy note plus my optimus 2X also works perfect no battery issues must be to much for single core mobiles as i have app running in bakground and used 4% in 6hrs on note 6% on optimus 2X
This is a great app for those of us with 1020Ks and older models that Pioneer abandoned. However, it'd be really nice to have a widget for the basic navigation functions. Basically, a widget with vol control, input selection (via arrows), and directional controls (up, down, left, right, select, and back).
Nice to have an app that works smoother then the official pioneer app. Also turns on the receiver which the official app couldn't do. (At least the version I had, my receiver was only compatible with the first generation).
Bougt this hoping it would be wat it said it was. Well the functionality would have been perfect but it won't find my AVR and when I do get it connected using direct IP input it will not control anything!!! Waste of money unless I am missing something.
Sluggish, ugly and offers nothing the actual remote cant do on a VSX 920. The best feature of the offical Pioneer apps the 'Emphsis' of Dialogue or Bass is absent from this app.
Volume control could be improved but it works well

Force close fixed
Works good on my Sprint Epic and my Xoom. GUI could be improved a little, but functionality is pretty nice. I usually seem to have my phone or tablet handy over my remotes, so this is nice to have. The app does tend to hang a bit, and have to force close it and try reconnecting, but worth it if your receiver has the functionality. Would like to see current values rather than just sliders as I have clumsy fingers, visual speaker layout would be an added bonus too. Multiple receivers?
Really like this app and it is certainly more complete than the oficial pioneer app which is more into looking good but not really doing anything.
Can't browse more than half of the source inputs on the SC-37. App isn't very useful unless that is fixed, which is too bad cause I want it
This app works great. Had a slight issue after the Evo update, but now its fixed and working great again!

Great app, works well. I would suggest adding an option for button style volume control in addition to slider & the ability to change the BG image.

Bought this app since the native Pioneer app doesn't support my Elite receiver (vsx-31). Works as advertised, but isn't the most intuitive. Worth my $
Although this app has its (minor) flaws, it is still way better than Pioneer's official app! It actually works and it _isn't_ 40MB!
Great remote for my VSX-1125-K (wired LAN, static IP), which is not supported by the pionneer app. Runs well on both my Nexus S and Acer iconia a500 tablet (both running unofficial ICS roms), but only works on one device at the time, that is, if the app is open already on a device, it won't connect to the receiver if i start it on the second device. A simple and reliable homescreen widget that controls volume and switches input sources would be a nice addition to this app and would make it worthy of a 5 star rating despite the multiple devices issue.
