iCPG: UK Ambulance Services
To access the app, visit http://www.icpg.co.uk/Account/Register and register your details. You will then receive a six digit password via email. You should receive the code within five minutes; please check your spam folder for this email.
Once you have entered the six digit code into iCPG, you will be prompted for payment information. iCPG is available for £1.99 per month or £19.99 per year. You can cancel your subscription at any time, so if you would like to try it out, you can subscribe for one month at £1.99. If you do not want to continue using iCPG, you can cancel your subscription and no further payment will be taken.
You need to have a data connection to subscribe and pay for iCPG. Once you have completed the subscription process and download the app, it will function offline. Please note that iCPG offers real time updates as guidance changes. You need to be online to download these updates.

This app worked for me whilst in scenarios at university and I was pleased with the U.I. unfortunately when I needed to look at my cpgs during an emergency whilst I was off-duty, this app wouldn't let me access the CPGs even though I had a current subscription. Unreliable. Disappointing.
I was using the app at uni and had to pay for it. Now I work for a trust I cannot use the app provided by my trust as the app keeps trying to charge me. I spoke to Class and they told me to unsubscribe which I have done but I'm still no further forward as my email is still remembered.
Unable to log in. Multiple calls/emails only to be told they are having server issues. Will instead purchase the hardcopy from Amazon.
An essential tool for all Ambulance staff and upon which we rely. I understand that costs rise but to increase the subscription by £10 is a bit steep, and with no explanation given.
Despite happily charging me a subscription fee every month, Wouldn't let me log in even after deleting and reinstalling/ changing password etc. Not good enough.
£19.99 was expensive enough, with an increase in November 2019 by 50% to £29.99 PER YEAR. What do we get with this increase??? Cornered market with no other option... this is how you take advantage boys and girls. Well done Class Publishing, outdone yourselves!!!
I prefer the book. Everything is right there for you. With this, you have to look things up separately.
Love this app. Use it every day in work.
A price increase of 80%+. Robbing greedy people taking advantage of medics. Looks like we are an easy target for everyone, the Government, the NHS and now these. Hope you are proud of yourselves. Buy a hard copy, don't reward thieves....

I wrote the following about a previous version of this app "Signed up thinking this was the complete clinical manual. For an on going charge I would have expected it to be, sadly, it's not...." Since this review, updates have taken place and slowly a lot more information has been included. I'm hoping the good work continues as this is slowly shaping into a good app. Keep up the good work!
Cannot sign up. Gives error ; login failed invalid Hmac???!

Not clear until you install and log in that it is a monthly subscription service.

My genuine argue mentioned to this is this...this app is 1.99 per month or,for for 4.99 I can buy the UK parapack which is unlimited. .....

Great to subscribe to but a nightmare to try and unsubscribe. The windows just keeps going round in circles and never actually get to a menu or window to unsubscribe, despite the Google play store instructions. Very frustrating!!!😠 Be warned!
Takes a few minutes to set up an account then you're hit with subscription fees. ...just charge for the app and save us all some time .
Yes this app is good, HOWEVER, its was 19.99 a year and has now jumped to 35.99 that's nearly DOUBLE ! As a student I struggle enough as it is and this is now unaffordable for me. So now i will have to rely on whichever copy of the pocket book I have which unfortunately doesnt have updates. How can you justify the jump up of 15.99 when the original was 19.99?!? I am unable to attach the screen shot here and therefore am emailing it to you , the price increase to 35.99 is highlighted in red.
