ICRAIG CAMERA

iCraig CSH307 and iCraig camera app doesn't allow me to connect the camera to my local WiFi network. Following the instructions, you're supposed to connect your phone's wifi to the camera's access point. After entering the camera's UID, it should list your local WiFi access points. Unfortunately, the dropdown box only shows "", with no provision to enter the AP's name. The next instruction says to connect to the local WiFi, then click "Start Configuring WiFi". A progress bar shows up, but finishes with "WiFi connection timed out, please check the password and try again" The problem is that there's no way to select the local WiFi's SSID, so the camera never is able to see it. There's a web page at the camera's IP address, but it requires a username and password to get to the web page.

I have had the same issues other users described concerning the outdated app. However I've been able to get it to connect as long as I'm on the same Wi-Fi system as the camera. Can't view it from anywhere like i used to with my old phone

So its does have issues it will not let type the the SSID for my wifi then when I get to connecting part of the process it times out I personally like it it's a little bit more work its technology stuff happens I still the company. Please update your software. Have good day.

Won't connect to wifi. An error message says this is for an older version contact your developer for an update.

App no longer works. It won't search wifi to setup the camera. The device is useless without setup.

This product does not work it keeps disconnecting from Wi-Fi having a hard time reconnecting it I would not recommend this too anyoy

Keeps timing out, keeps saying I have incorrect password, should be simple as i have connected it before. I reset it and still can not connect it

cameras are always offline and there hasn't been an updated APP in forever. wish I knew who to call about this.

An okay light bulb hug uts too bad I thru oug the useless packaging that has the id to connect to my new devices so can't work light now and can't find it on my lan so pretty much pointless with out uid or a barcode to scan

i dont have a advance option to set up my wifi. this is the hardest camera to connect ive ever purchased.

On a scale of 1 to 10 its below 0 it don't work at all and you cant set it up i don't even want to give it any stars but i have to put 1 to post this

This camera has not worked since I purchased it.It will not stayed connected to the internet. It is a waste of time and money. Beware of this product.

Good for what it is.

Very hard to connect with some same model cameras, need easier way to re enter uid when re adding cameras. Some same model cams lock up and blue light stays on til cam is reset/unplugged. Need p2p password for cameras. Nothing I tried works. Interference due to close proximity may be some of the issue like same channel etc.

Spent over an hour trying to get the device configured, with no success. P.O.S. My RING camera configured easily and quickly the first time. Looked at the date on the app and it hasnt been updated in 3+ years ..guess thats why the cameras are so cheao...no support..
