😑 Not an impressive device. Sometimes it would come on and go off on its own. Stopped using it for more than a year but decide to reconnect it today. That was a problem. Kept getting an error message that connection timed out. So I turn the power to the lamp on and off 3 times to reset the bulb, then I was able to reconnect with no problem. So far working properly.
This app is horrible and so is the actual iCraig smart LED bulb itself. I tried for hours to get the bulb to connect to my wifi- but the app refuses to find my wifi as an available connection. I live in an apartment and anytime I search for available networks on any other device, all my neighbors wifi connections pop up as options as well as my wifi. But with this, not a single connection pops up as an option to connect to. The app doesn't work and one bulb won't even flash light it's broken
It took me about 3 hours to get the light to connect with my WiFi, and then when I did, and finally got it connected with the app, it began displaying things of having a mind of its own. It would turn off by itself, then turn on by its self, couldn't tell time, I set it for a timer to go on at 5 pm est and it would turn on at 5 am est, and then set another timer for 630 pm est and it would turn off at 630 pm est from the 5 am timer. Now when I try and get it to sync the time with my mobile device, it still shows a time of Dec 13, 1969 and will not sync, always says it timed out. I only gave it one star due to not being able to give it zero stars, am very disappointed with this item, was really looking forward to having control over my light in my office and not have to get up and walk over to the other side of the room to turn the light on and off. But this light and app has made this even more difficult than it was without the light. I wont be purchasing another one, at least not of this brand. Buyer beware, you get what you pay for. I will spend up to 4 times as much and hope it works better than this one is. It shows there are 2 users when there is only 1.
Worthless not worth clearance price, doesn't change colors only works as a dimmer and even then doesn't work with wifi correctly. Don't waste your time of you see these on sale there's a good reason why. App hasn't been updated since 2005!
Worst app ever. tried to connect to wifi, didnt connect for an hour and after i finally got it working it decided to disconnect again. It has like three colors, dimming is terrible. If i could give zero stars i would. And i cant even get a refund for the lightbulb...
Same problem as everyone else. When attempting to connect to home (or any other) WiFi network, it only lists "unknown SSID" & the refresh button next to it is just a picture with no functionality. Save your time & money, stay away from iCraig apps & products!
Overpriced. App is a joke. Dimming doesn't work at all just turns it off. It has colors on wheel that the bulb can't do. And you can't cycle/fade the colors it DOES have. This is crazy. Glad it didn't cost much on clearance.
The App can't search for my router. The box next to SSID always says unknown. The refresh button next to it is a picture with no functionality. If i can't to my router then the lightbulb is useless. Please fix the app or i will get my money back.
Won't allow selecting home wifi network. Only shows unknown ssid in the selection box for the network. Glad I only paid $5 for the light as it is totally useless with this app.
The craig led smart led bulbs would not connect I was using 802.11 2.4 wide open west wifi with a galaxy 7 android. Also tried iPhone both did not work. Called craig tech support she thought my firewall might of been the problem. I ASKED her if any ports needed to be open. SHE was more customer product support than tech support. Maybe the smart led bulbs are just a bad product. THE App is the only app for them this rated 1 star
Gives two methods to connect to Wi-Fi and neither work. The app does not see the Wi-Fi that my phone is connected to, only "".
If I can give this app a lower score I would it will not let me connect to my own Wi-Fi it just kept on saying cannot find connection like I'm on my laptop right now so there's no way in my connection isn't running anyways I will not put this app on my phone waste of time effort and money
Doesn't connect to WiFi. I tried the app on multiple devices, it just times out every time.
junk....saw the info just download the app and control light... didn't realize it needed wifi which it won't connect to.... should be Bluetooth connection
Same issues as everyone else! Stood right beside my router and it still wouldn't pick up the wifi connection. Taking it back!
I'm not understanding how you actually make a product that no one can use. I thought it was just me until I read the reviews, now I get why they were so low. None of the correct options are available for connections .... 😩
This app is terrible, the setup program does not function. I went to the internet for more help and read the same review that I am posting.
won't show any WiFi in range, hasn't been updated since 2015, website is a mess, will be returning these pieces of garbage
2 hours later and it still will not hook to my Wi-Fi. deleted app return merchandise back to store, which is a shame because I was looking exactly for something like this.
The app took a little while to pair with the bulb and there is also some reliability issues(the bulb would sonetimes shut off and on on its own)but overall since I paid 5.00 for the bulb one cannot expect Nest like control
Doesnt work. Light never connects, and it is never able to find wifi, only Unknown SSID
Too many problems trying to get hooked up and still can't get it hooked up because of the app is so difficult to set up

I can't connect to the internet or connect the bulb to my phone the app is junk and I think the light bulb is junk too they need to upgrade this Damn app

Older version app. Apparently no updates available for it to be functional.
Same problem connecting as everyone else. Why would you have your app set for connection at 3 minutes when you have to know that is its limit before timing out? And why does it need so many permissions, even my camera? As someone else said, WORST APP EVER! Use the Everex LED app instead. Connecting waa fast and easy. It does have its quirks, but at least it works on a basic level.
