Good except for 2 issues I've found: 1) Doesn't send a response to the organiser, even after selecting "yes" in Google Calendar. 2) Results in a duplicate event in Google Calendar. GMail has automatically added the event to my calendar and this app creates a second event.
I tried adding my flight details to my Calendar on my Nexus 4. Only the onward flight details were added to the calendar. I opened the same ics file with some other apps and found that it had details for both the onward journey and the return journey. 5 stars when this issue is fixed.
This app isn't as pretty as some other apps but it is the first that I have found that correctly handles timezones and daylight savings.
The App I was using for .ICS files has stopped working so was looking for something else. This works great, can choose which calendar to use and then goes in to standard calendar app to make any tweaks. Good work
the creator of the event is not the people who send you the invite, but yourself. reponse is not sent. BUT it works, in the google calendar with the good time event
Just open an ics attachment using this app. The appointment shows up in calendar.
Nothing showed up when I installed it, it was only when I opened an .ics file is when it opened this App. Other than than it works as expected
No longer needed in Marshmallow 6.01, but was handy before now.
The only one I've tried that gets the time zone correct.
The only ics importer who was able to recognize time zone Asia standard correctly.
Please fix its its a great program
Cannot choose what calendar to import to
Does what it supposed to do.
Simple, straightforward. The best ICS importer of the ones I've tested.
Simple and easy to use
It worked for me, i tried few others and all crashed...this one is OK thanks to developer
Choose which calendar and opens the event for further editing. This is the functionality that should be there by default in Android! Thanks :)
The GUI is quite bad for adding events and you need to do a lot of clics.
0 out of 5. Both the freebie and paid versions show an install... they show up under APPS in settings, but no icon, and no ability to call up the application.
Much better than ICS importer program. It gets the timezones and calendar correct on import. Thanks!
Apparently par for the course. I'm going to write my own.
Please fix. Thanks.
Thank you for providing this app
I tried others, this one got the time zone right. Did not try to import as many fields as the others.
Not working with icalendar ics
I use this for when I receive a meeting notice from someone using Outlook. It arrives in my email as an ICS file attachment and I open the attachment and import it with Meeting Importeer. Works alright for the most part but I've noticed these two issues. Not sure if these are problems with Outlook or with Meeting Importeer. 1. If the Outlook user set the reminder, it doesn't come across to me. 2. If the Outlook user cancels the meeting, I get a second meeting on my calendar saying "Canceled" rather than the original meeting being deleted.
