I appreciate this app! 🙂 It does everything that it says it does. I'm just glad that I have a way to communicate with my inmate! The only thing is when I'm on the overview page there's a scroll down tab that u push under ur name (what would you like to do). I click it and the second one from the top is add inmate debit account. I click on it and it opens up a new page. On that page it says to pick agency. I click on it and it gives me two options I've click on both of them and nothing happens.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely ridiculous! I paid $11.08 for a 30 minute video call, and this worthless app kept saying connection failed because of network. I tested my network, and my upload speed was 20Mbs. I was never able to connect to my video call with my loved one. ALSO the app pretty much states it's your fault (network) if it won't connect, and they WILL NOT GIVE ANY REFUNDS!! PS the call costs $7.50, and ICS mobile charges a $3.00 SERVICE FEE!!

This app has a horrible issue with connectivity. I know of much better apps the Oregon Department of Corrections could be using. Either they receive a discount for this app, or they just don't care. I tried with three different devices, and every single one had issues. Please, Oregon State Corrections, use a different app!

In response to you developer response. You have responded stating that it is only used for the call/video chat but, I think it would be better written more clearly and state that the recordings and taking of pictures only pertains to the video chat happening at/on the date and time of that call/video chat only. The verbage you use is very misleading, vague and unclear. It doesn't match the response you had provided. Thank you for your response.

I have not been able to successfully connect after several attempts and I'm seeing this Is a problem that has been going on and has been brought to the developers attention many times over a very long time period from what I can see and I definitely have a good - excellent wifi connection and mobile data connection so is this not going to be ever resolved

This app is horrible! It NEVER works!! I can't even believe this is an option.. It's an absolute waste of time and money! Out of 8 visits I've only connected 3 times. And 2 of them were practically over by the time I did connect. I'm literally paying for my phone to buffer for 30 minutes. Ridiculous!!

Can't even get the test connection to work. It says failed connection, try another network. No other connection issues with any of my other apps on any device and from the fact that the majority of everyone else that has reviewed this app says it is a problem w/ the app, and not people's connection let's me know it's not on my end. What a joke. Will have to travel 45 minutes for a 30 minute visit because the app is scamming people and ICS doesn't care, cause they consider inmates disposable.

HUGE SCAM!!! . When you get ahold of icsolutions it's "your fault" that it doesn't connect. Even though everything connects just fine and I was informed I have top speed ... and to top it off no refunds for connectivity issues... which conveniently enough is the problem.. which draws my attention.. I've probably wasted about or over $100 for the year and half I've been unable to see my loved one in person. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Nothing but a joke.

OPEN TO SUGGESTIONS- I WANT TO SEE MY HUSBAND The Test Connection hasn't ever one time even completed. It stops and displays a message at the bottom of the screen saying that my speed is 0.0kbs. My experience is consistent regardless of how I am connected; mobile data or wifi (standing directly next to the modem). I haven't been able to visit now TWICE and it would be WRONG for a person or a company to continue in on, making money from a product that is utilized and WILL CONTINUE TO BE REGULARLY

Sad that you pay 7.50 to talk for 15 minutes and the app can't even cancel out echo as well as FaceTime, or messenger was doing five years ago. It does a bad job with compression, has a lot of lag, and requires a very fast Network for Mediocre video quality. Pretty obvious that this app is a money grab. It's a shame it is so lacking in performance. The thing this app does really well though is ensure that it is the only one you can use, so it's either use it or don't visit with your loved ones.

It used to work extremely well, but now I haven't been able to login to a single visit and it's extremely frustrating. I restarted my phone, re-download the app and tried a different browser still nothing. Clearly by all the 1 star comments the upload speed issue is with multiple people is this something ICS is going to address or no? For many of us this is the only way for us to see our loved ones and should be addeesd and fixed at the highest priority.

As far as paying for services and sending money to an inmate, site works very well. I paid $8 to have a video visit with my little brother that I haven't seen in 3 years, it kept saying I needed to connect to a different network. Needless to say, the visit never happened and my network connection is overall a good one. Going to see if I can get my money back that was taken out of my account for the visit. Site needs some serious upgrades and fixing. Very disappointed with service!

This app is great! I love how easily i can deposit funds to his phone account, but my favorite feature is the video visits! Especially when COVID-19 was in full swing! I miss my guy sooo much! However, I often can't see him when using my cell, I only had a clear picture on the tablet. And if I don't use headphones, he hears a terrible echo!

terrible! Kept wanting me to create a new account. I did & none of the credits would transfer. When I used my old account, it wouldn't open for the visit. I can't even get the computer software version to work right. FRUSTRATING!!

This app has connected ONE TIME! I've done everything imaginable to see what the heck is going on. Uninstalled, shut my phone off, updated everything, cleaned apps off phone that aren't in use. I have no clue what else to do. It jst keep saying it's a connection issue. as many ppl that I see complain about this. WHY ISNT THIS HANDLED. Considering why we have to use this in the first place. The situation from being away from loved ones is already huge. This app is supposed to help us feel close!

Horrible! If you plan to use this app for offsite visits good luck! If you can even get it to connect, you then have a high pitch squeal that echos. I dug into the issue calling my internet provider thinking my upload signal wasn't strong enough, to find out that no it's a software issue. I then called ICS and they say it's weak bandwidth. I have no issues with any other video chat apps. ICS gets your money and you get a broken heart on both sides of the call. ICS fix your software please!

I have to say this app is by far the easiest one I've found so far out of the many different ones available to be able to load funds on to an inmates books.... it literally takes less than 5 minutes from start to finish, adding money to an inmates account.... the video visit feature does have about 2 or 3 second delay in the video and if the WiFi connection isn't perfect the video does cut out at 2 or 3 times during a 25 minute visit

Very glitchy, with an echo, and blurry while on video calls. The ap takes your money regardless of you being able to finish your video call. If you get kicked out it takes for ever to re-log in an rejoin the video call. Out of the 20 minutes to see the video call only 5 minutes were actually functional and able to talk.

Won't show location for a visit. I've used IC Solutions many times in the past with no trouble. But once you've chosen your visitor the next step is for the location. On site or a video visit. That's where the problem is. It won't let you choose and you can't complete the visit setup. Simply terrible.

It will not work with my WiFi. I have the ultimate broadband connection but kept receiving upload speed failure. But, if I disconnect my phone from the Wifi, using cellular data, it worked. It's the only app on my phone that has this issue and result.

I love this app cuz I'm able to talk to my husband but it glitches sometimes. It will boot me off for no reason. It also takes a good 5 minutes to connect. It will say connection failed when I'm on the best internet money can buy. It also echoes while your on a video call which is super annoying.

**GO TO WALMART OR ANOTHER STORE WITH WIFI** For some damn annoying reason, I can ONLY get my visits to connect (well pass the connectivity test) in order to connect, when I go to a damn Walmart and connect to their WiFi. It's highly annoying but better than nothing at this point. I have no clue why it works with Walmarts WiFi and not any other home WiFi or phone carrier! Dumb!

I hoped other reviews were from lack of technical skills? Not the case at all. I verified all systems were good with ICS giving confirmation on all items. Time to video visit & like others before me, paid for visit unable to connect now. Cox & Norton speed tests I printed are very high speed so I guess the real question here is who is getting pockets lined while we are left with zero avenues around this monopoly? 28 years in USMC only to get the worst of treatments here at home. It never works. I think it was created to drive inmates mad to keep them locked up. Even if prison were a good form of punishment which I don't believe it is, then I'm pretty sure it's the inmates who are being punished so why do I feel like I am too. I have to pay to support my own household plus help keep my spouse somewhat comfortable and I can't ever see him because this app is suspiciously the only app on my phone that doesn't work. I have 5g and I have 5 bars but I always fail to connect.

The app kept signing me out and forcing me to go back and accept the rules, etc. In the middle of the visit, the inmate's screen would freeze, buffer, and then sign me out. By the time I logged back in, the visit was still counting down. For 30 minutes (that I paid for along with their fees) I could only talk for maybe 10 minutes. I had a good connection (5g, brand new phone, and on high speed internet). My friend said he could hear, see me, and thought I was doing it on purpose.

This is probably one of the worst video apps i e ever used. You guys really need to step your game up and setup calls for iphones. Androids work fine but there is always issues with connections. I know its not the phone because ive got a Galaxy s9+ through verizon with unlimited data.

It connected yesterday when I was able to rush over to a family member's house that has WiFi but only after multiple attempts of it telling me it failed over WiFi connection! AB-SO-LUTELY will not work solely on phone data. That was on my phone, once connected it was great. Then today on wifi.. My laptop which lags anyways was able to connect to visit but video lagged so bad and we could not talk at all because there was no way to understand n wouldn't connect on phone at all!!!

Downloaded app and tested connectivity and it was excellent so I paid the fee and scheduled a visit. When it was time for the visit it didn't work because of connectivity issues. My Wi-Fi signal and speed is always great so basically a scam.

Horrible app. I have not been able to have a visit. I have tried using my cell carrier data and it did not pass. I have tried using my wifi. Did not pass. Went to Walmart to use their wifi. Still did not work. Have not been able to pass the connection test at all. They need to fix this. Read the other reviews. They have the same complaint.

App does NOT work! I was able to connect for a few seconds and got kicked out and tried reconnecting and kept getting something about speed issue. Need to work out kinks before launching or give option for web option versus having to download app.
