AVOID AVOID This app has not worked for the last 2months since the last 2 updates. Won't even open on WiFi or data & signal is excellent on both. Their response is to email them... Done that numerous times.. Gets ignored apart from one email who was asking for all sorts of private info unrelated to this app. Pls read all the reviews of late.. They all say the same. The camera is great but pointless as the app is full of bugs crashes constantly, won't even open to access settings to set it up.
I downloaded the Pro version and the UI is different the standard version has a joy stick to control the camera the Pro doesnt and its touch screen control is awful. Also the standard interface was more user friendly please make a normal version with the camera functions and SD card menu better as i would give a 5 star if those were all sorted
Won't connect to camera on this tablet, other tablet connected 1st time, using older version but keeps saying time out, have to restart ap. Very dissapointed as older app worked brill, the camera is same.
app is user friendly but the cloud storage options are not there. meaning its there but no variation on ways to pay With money so tight these days ICsee's only option to pay for cloud storage is out for me. You can get a mini sd card instead but get one that is a high performance card. The card should read its performance level or say for hd video
Since the latest update, my cameras night vision has stopped working, need this rectified, its IMPORTANT. Logs me out so have to sign it everytime I want to view, by this time the person at the door has left. WOULD BE GOOD IF THE MAKERS OF THIS APP, WOULD HELP PEOPLE AND FIX THESE ISSUES!!!
App asks for me to agree to the terms. There is no radio button to do so. I can go no further because there is no way to agree to the terms. WASTE OF MONEY. PASS IT BY.
Now completely locked out of system I emailed the address you told me to no answer no reply just as in the app with feed back or HELP THERE IS NONE. NO STARS FOR YOU . And I have described In Detail into the app I. The feed back but you never answer those. Worst app ever
It's been OK until recently, now it won't let me connect to it when I'm at work ( and yes brilliant signal) and now it's temperamental let me connect to it even when I'm at home and connected through my own WiFi.
App used to open fairly quick not it's getting slow and is always crashing but I reset my phone and it works again
Very poor service camera works only when suits app as they keep trying to get you to buy cloud space if you dont they keep turning it off😡😡😡
Great app.. Just can't log into camera with other than default user.. For cameras with multiple user account option.. One other item that would be great is PTZ preset calling.. Not fully compatible with Android 11..
Been great for years but doesn't work at all since the last update, hopefully there will be a fix soon!
It works well, fairly easy to install software, just have to give registration some time before being able to push sign up button. I'm having issues of not being able to have cam recognize sd card. Others have noted that they can't retrieve notification videos, I have the same issue. Otherwise it's pretty good, can stream,take pictures, and save video to my phone.
It is getting better but would be a good app but has glitches. Audio and Motion alert didn't work at first, but after I contacted support it was fixed. It has a feature to change password in settings and when I tried to do that it locks me out and then the camera has to be reset and the password does not change. I was able to get it on my Android phone easily, took some time to get on my Chromebook 15 and now it will not accept my password on Chromebook not the old or the new password.
Great app does what it's supposed too... only problem when away from home when someone rings the bell even though I have full coverage on my phone the two way audio becomes a hassle, sometimes it works wonders other times you can't hear the person or see the other person on the other end. have factory reset the device and applied factory settings but it's still not working.
English speakers needed for instructional purposes, the app says as it loads your feed (which takes forever) "is buffering, please later" as opposed to "buffering, please wait" app drains your cell phone continuously. doesn't record on it's own. there are no sensitivity adjustment features. you cannot contact anyone via the app. it is confusing and doesn't work. get ring as i did on my doorbell. much better app than ic pro. ihate these light bulbs, they only work upside-down
It's a decent unit but software needs updated. The major issue for me was that the security app does not like the camera, I need to uncheck a few things for unit to function properly..Needs a new program. This one is a Beta. All permissions are open yet pops up to say they are not?I bought a used but newer router, that solved all issues I was having. Make sure all permissions are open for this app.
Can't receive verification code while recovery mode and been trying for like an hour.
Note that my device is 10 feet from the passage way and catches anything or anyone crossing it path. Running down battery. What's the distance and can I cut it down some. Also are the batteries rechargeable that came with the unit. Note that the pro doesn't work failure to load upon five occasions. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled the app.
Camera worked good for a week. Now when I get notifications for activity and when I go to check then it now says error and then download failure or it says notification picture not received. Are you trying to force people into buying your cloud service 🤔
Okay. Can't record, playback or speak on intercom. I can take a current picture and see live video, if it's not buffering.
APP NOW SHOWS ADS! For a long time, this app just worked as intended for your security camera, but in the last update some days ago, they added ads by default. *You can deactivate ads, but still they're activated by default and are shown as a big full screen images. Please remove ads or better use small banners at the bottom of the app. However, you shouldn't show ads as we paid already for cameras and the app is just a tool to access the live video.
The damn app does stay connected to phone, won't connect properly to network.
Does the app work with a Google Pixel 6 Pro? I have tried for days to set this device up and cannot. I got a new phone and now it doesn't work. It says "Connect to router successfully" but fail to configure with the handphone. Then it keeps telling me I have the wrong password. Then it keeps buffering. I've uninstalled/installed several times. I'm at a loss. Please help.
