it says it needs to upgrade but it doesn't upgrade it just sits there saying it needs to upgrade and does nothing, it won't scan the QR code, it doesn't do anything it's supposed to do. I finally got it to scan the QR code but then it still has the problem of saying it needs to upgrade and it just doesn't do anything. It doesn't show me how to run the camera. And your email doesn't work by the way
For all of you having trouble setting up your cam, make sure you use iCute EYE, not iCute Cam. I screwed that up, too. Got it set up flawlessly once I got the right app. (Just leaving this review to help out)
Updated latest version ptz control is better, Calendar displayed still wrong, march 8, 2019 is Saturday, it should be friday. No english menu, no fast forward, please add download videos for offline viewing.
xmeye app is excellent....this is very poor... kindly develop like this....auto update,time settings sync pc and mobile,all are stupid my client not like this app kindly update or change your firmware to better need to update this app playback screen pot video recording feature like live record.... and date time not available in indian format...+5:30
After last update this application stops unexpectedly and does not work well when, especially when moving the camera.
Worked good for first few days, but now won't connect. It is always in night vision mode also.
Can not turn off "Sync mobile time" option. Every time app start, Automatically enable this.
Doesnt work with an icute camera. It wont recognize the icute brand cam i have, i followed the instructions and it wont even let me register it.
This product absolutely sucks I wasted my money to buy this when I can't even get it to login or I can't use it people need to get your s*** together if you want people to buy your products what a waste of money and time
I was NOT ABLE 2 CONNECT!! I tried in different ways possible & this "app" is WORTHLESS!!

Lowsy app. Just lost my money on the camera as I can not connect to it. Also there is no customer support. I rate it a zero.
