App works great. Camera works great. It has a motion detector that alerts my phone with audio and video. You can also move the camera in any direction remotely from your phone. You can record video and audio from your phone as well and save it. It also has a memory slot for a micro SD card if you want to record it on there. It was a gift so, for free im pretty stoked about it.
Its working fine for me. Probably most of the users configured with Device far away and that is the reason they are not able to configure. At the time of configuration you must keep the device nearby only. Rest everything is good other than little sound of the device when rotating.
Working! Make sure that you do the firmware upgrade right away. Has some bugs but is functioning well for a lower end unit. Hopefully they maintain updates. Oct 28,19 Update - App crashing every time you open it. Camera rendering useless!
Ridiculous. You can't even login. This worked perfectly until I boxed it up for my move a month ago. Plugged it up and the camera connected to the wifi as always. The app is just junk. Why has there not been any updates since January 2020?
I figured it out. Wasn't horrible. Seems to work well for the price. Im surprised and that never happens. I mean it works with my phone and everything so WOW. I updated it and installed and so far so good. lets see how long it lasts.
Works great. Just wish it saved screenshots and videos to my internal memory. No idea where the hell they actually save to lol. But I can't share the videos. Fix that and you'll get that fifth star.
Trash! This thing doesn't download. Won't tell you what the issue is. I just sits there and does nothing. You dont know if you're registered or not. I've changed a few things around, password, using another email address, and it still does nothing.
It does not work. No matter what is done the camera does not connect to the app. All updates have been done as so on. Finally gave up and requested a refund. To bad I can't get the time I wasted on this product back.

Have to uninstall and reinstall everytime I want to turn it on. Cant connect to wifi 99% of the time. Camera dev waste of money! Should have known better.
Wow. This is frustrating. I can't even register. After I put in password nothing happens! I guess I just bought a useless electronic paperweight.
Once u log in and exit the app a lot of the features don't work. Other than that the camera is a good quality
I have a Samsung S10 and it won't load after I put in my login info. It just sits there. When I used my older android phone, it worked just fine
Worst thing happened when suddenly it's stopped working on mobile data! Working only wifi! Guys I need to see while I am outside not when I am home! Useless camera NOW NEED SOLUTION URGENTLY
I lost the QR code so I haven't been able to get it back online. Is there a way to get those instructions again? I can't keep the camera going if I leave, I have to redo the whole set up every time I come back home. Is that because the app is on my phone? I'd like to see what's going on when I'm not there.
I bought two Cams, it used to work on all my device and on my PC, and I was able to rotate the cam from my devices and PC, all of the sudden I lost the app on my PC and lost the tools to rotate the cam on all my devices, and I cannot get it again...this is very frustrating, I am not happy with the app anymore
Couldn't get it to link to my camera because my phone has to be connected to same wifi as camera but I wanted to use hotspot to connect and wouldn't let me
Installed for use with a security camera. Application is not difficult to set up. Work very well.
I tried connecting in every which way I could WITHOUT any available route!! I dont know why this "app" is available if it DOESN'T DO what it PROMISSES!!
Suxz. I did everything its says to do for setting up the cam. 👎 I semt a email and its wasn't even in English don't waste you're time on this app.

Fails to connect to device on a regular basis. Never mind. It was cheap, so what could I expect?
It doesnt work for the camera that says to get it. Steps 678 in the manual dont work.
This app is garbage I have a samsung note 8 and this garbage app doesn't connect to my camera I got the app with the camera but this garbage doesn't work on my phone
does not work with Android they won't open but it will only open with iPhone I wanted to work with Android
This app is terrible. I have no idea if the registration even worked. When I try to login it shows loading for a few seconds and then nothing happens same with registration process. There HAS to be another app for this camera!! I'm extremely frustrated with it at this point I'm about ready to send the damn camera back. What's the point in having the app if all the people who down load it say it doesn't work. You'd think they would fix the problems.
