When directed to the ID-Pal App by one of our partners, once you have agreed to our standard terms and conditions, you should follow the simple on-screen process to upload your identity documents and information to our secure document server.

Disappointing and frustrating. I tried to upload 3 different documents several times each in different ways, and it either didn't recognise them as valid or the process failed. Why offer utility bill as an option if it can only be a waste bill? Why not allow pdfs to be uploaded?
Completely unacceptable that an app that requires such sensitive data has terrible connection issues and keeps crashing. No wonder so many people are frustrated and angry 😡😡
Doesn't work. Still getting initialising app error, and the persistent notification mentioned below that was supposedly fixed. I'm going to keep leaving 1 star reviews
Can not activate my card !! Useless. After a full day trying to activate a very substantial one for all gift card I gave up ! Id-pal kept crashing saying it had issues, tried to press cancel and get through to the best stage of registration, pure frustrated. I have a gift card that I can not use. Beyond annoyed and frustrated. Why is still still an issue ?????
Does not support .pdf documents. Will only pull from gallery image files, requiring you to screenshot your documents prior to upload.
I feel very sorry for the people, in customer support, this is truly dire, as directed I contacted one4all.ie, only to be redirected back to the verification procedure, cannot understand why it keeps on shutting down and showing card as activated, trying to resolve amicably, but will expect a full refund, if problem is not resolved soon Thanks, to the developer, hoping you and the One4all.ie team can resolve this dilemma,soon, will do as discussed.

I think it's a disgrace that I have to upload my identity in order to spend a gift. I will never buy one4all for anyone!
I was FORCED to install this app upload all my personal information. Just to use stupid all 4one gift cards. This is ridiculous.
After many attempts to open the app, it is not loading at all. I uninstalled the app many times and reinstalled it, but it is not loading to the main page. I wonder if the app doesn't work on Samsung phones? Then I restarted my phone. There was a pop up warning about the rooted devises, but the app didn't prevent me from continuing the submittion and it took a few minutes and all good. Thanks
Complains incorrectly of internet problems and does not run. As per the suggestion I have uninstalled and reinstalled from the link in the email. Still the same.
I've been trying over a period of three days to download the above app but I am continuously getting a 'Pending' notification. I was trying to use this app in conjunction with a One4All gift card, which itself has a very convoluted process to verify and activate. I am most disappointed with a futile and absorbing waste of time that definitely does not live up to its promotional blurb. With displeasure, Paul Walsh.
doesn't allow for uploading pdf documents making it tricky to get images for proof of address
I can't capture my driving licence, I kept trying and trying and it did not work. It's so frustrated.
rediclious to use, for proof of address you can't upload files you must take photos which makes no sense
Ridiculoua waste of time and sharing of so much personal information. Do not buy a one4all as you have to use this app.
Very straightforward process. Easy to use app.
Doesn't work at all, when you click on the link nothing happens. No support available after days. No problems with other apps to pay that require updated phones. No error messages either to at least have a clue what is going on or way to send a debug report. Really clever.
Really user unfriendly, runs in the background with a persistent notification after closing requiring a force stop in the system settings. A lot of people wouldn't know to do that so they may just end up uninstalling completely. Edit: thank you for such a swift response! I only installed the app on Friday and haven't updated so I'm on the latest version as is.
Horrible app. I have been trying for some time to upload documents. it always goes back to first screen while trying to scan the license. At one time, I successfully scanned the license but was struggling to scan a utility bill. this freaking went back to first scree and have to scan license again. Horrible app. dont know why one should struggle this much. Horrible app. spend some time to fix your dumb app.
The app won't even open, "There was an issue initializing an app, check Internet connection" message. Unusable!
absolutely disgraceful that we have to do this exercise to spend money intended as a gift. programming of the app could be better too...
please make the application update to attach the documents, it's not easy to grab a document and click a picture of it.
Absolutely terrible app. I activated the card but can't find where to submit my documents. When I go on the app I click start it says I need a link which I should've received through email or SMS but didn't. So frustrating. I wouldn't even give it one star only I had to in order to submit my review.
Truely very useless. Useless and Useless App. Days and days trying to take liveness photo without success despite using many different mobile phone devices. Very useless. Can take photo for documents only.
