Only seems to work in Selfie mode where it is very difficult to hold your arm steady. Managed after 20 or so attempts. If someone else takes the photo of you it freezes (or it did on my phone). After paying 5euros I received several conflicting messages saying my photo was valid, then not valid. I then received the photos by email which also stated they were valid (?). I think this is a good idea for an app but there are some bugs.
I read the reviews with trepidation, but it worked perfectly. Only wish I'd used before I wasted €6 on a photo booth pic which didn't work. I did this on my son, so not in selfie mode, and it worked fine. He needed a DCEM but I chose the 'permis de conduire' option which gave us the necessary e code. Took a while to come through, but was accepted fine. Will definitely be using again.
Paid for the photo. After around 6 or 7 being rejected for every reason possible I now cant even get to retake another without paying again! Terrible ***Amended... hours after, I received another email confirming that my photo had been validated. So all good and worked eventually but is a difficult site to use, just have to persevere .

I received very high quality service for as little as 5 euros without having to go to the photographer for the visa renewal process. I definitely recommend it. The code is working.. 👍
The code, you pay for, doesnt get recognised by the ANTS website and therefor useless It only gives you an option of paying for again!!!!
Code only works one time..had to resubmit ants application and it doesn't work...

I was charged twice and after multiple takes not one photo was usable according to them with mostly silly reasons like lighting/smartphone clarity, a different reason each time. Why have a photo service if you can't point out what's wrong before you charge the customer? The app needs a revamp else it's a gross waste of money and time. Photo booths - much more reliable. Update : 1 of the photos was finally approved and they refunded 1 payment.
