This app has an irritating bug where it shows the "Do you want to authenticate?" notification, but when I click on it, I am just taken to a blank screen like there is nothing to approve. I have to close and open the app to fix it over and over, which ends up being a huge waste of time. If this can be fixed I would have no issues.

Love the new layout/functionality of the app! Now it's as simple as a tap and a fingerprint scan to get my login code - much better than having to tap, tap and drag, tap again, then scan. I also appreciate the number countdown for the codes. Thank you for the helpful changes!

Receive Push Notifications an hour later with a message that it timed out. I need access to certain webpages on my company's website. I worked with my company's IT department and we went through all the settings on my android Note 8 and was unable to get push notifications to work. Have to access using the offline steps. Was working prior to update. Please fix.

This is junk. It was simple enough to get setup, but I dont get my pin in any reasonable amount of time. First try took 10 minutes. Need it again today and we are going on about an hour with no notification. Edit: boy, it was almost good. After awhile, it started to work consistently and it was great. Then it got updated. Now, it works maybe 50% of the time. I will get a push notification for approval, but when I unlock axiad, there is no approval waiting, just the numbers I can enter manually.

On Android, when I click Scan, it brings up my camera, but will not capture the QR Code and there is no Scan button to click to make the app take a photo. Then it times out to my identity, with no verification that the QR Code was captured. If I then Trash the ID to try again, the app is no longer able to do anything.

Easy enough to install and use. Unfortunately it fails to authenticate regularly and generally is pretty buggy. There have been MANY reviews pointing out issues and it has been over a year since their last update and most of the issues still plague the app.

The app doesn't generate a new OTP or even recognize my phone being offline. That would be fine since it can send a notification while you're connected to a network. Excpet it doesn't do that either.

This app connects perhaps half the time, which is very serious when it results in you not being able to access important emails. The app provides no customer service, and the UI shows lack of attention to detail and professionalism.

App is junk. Have to reboot phone at least once per week because Wallet ID I guess loses connection. We use it to log into out work laptops. I called the helpdesk and said is the a different way to login. I told them Wallet ID and the kinda chuckled and the sent me to a site to request a PIV card which I did and it works way better.

I don't understand the offline code generator's timer. Sometimes you'll have plenty of time, sometimes you have to wait because it's going to generate a new code too quickly. Honestly. I don't want to be rude, but it's just really so user-UNfriendly. If the timer could be fixed and if you could add a 'copy to clipboard' function for the code as it generates, I'd be happy. Plz.

PRO: This Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) app was easy to set up and register my device. The login is convenient because it sends a notification to your phone that you must confirm. CON: This app keeps deleting the account I created, and fails to log me in. I have to call IT support almost daily to have my account recreated just to gain access to my career apps and info. This problem NEEDS to be a high priority and fixed. PERSONAL OPINION: Have your company use a different MFA app.

Previous versions weren't anything great, but at least they worked. This latest version with the new logo never seems to get the push notification to authenticate, so it's basically useless

I recently had to restore my phone to factory settings and now I can't figure out how to access Axiad. If I try to add an account, it tells me to scan a QR code which I don't have. I'm not enrolling for the first time, I just need to access the account I've already made. The app gives no guidance on this. Such a pain.

The settings will not allow you to troubleshoot why it will not push notifications. I have a Samsung S9 and I can do offline but, cannot get a push notification. Frustrating at times.

QR code will not scan. I registered and enabled face recognition and enabled print recognition. Nothing happens. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it several times.

Scanning QR code doesn't work. It gets stuck using the camera and have to force quit the app to back out. On Android 9 device. Not useful.

Regularly, I will get a notification "do you want to authenticate", click on it, unlock the app, and the app has forgotten about the authentication event. I have to force-quit the app and re-launch it to get the app to remember that it was in the middle of an authentication event.

This app only works about 50% of the time since the update. The session information seems mostly meaningless. I just want the push authenticate to come up so I can actually log in. Terrible, pointless update.

Fails to receive login requests 40% of the time causing a lengthy and annoying retry process until I give up and enter the number manually. Seriously, fix your software... People have to rely on this daily...

Since the update, it rarely prompts correctly. The only reliable method is to use offline mode which is a pain... Welcome to agile development folks! Where the customers are now the code testers...

I am having trouble exiting the app or even closing it. Other than that it seems to work well. But I have been having to restart my phone just to close the app. ???

this program does not work. recieved the code from my IT and when the ar code came up it would not scan. there is no way to make it scan. all around a poorly designed program.

Utter trash. Takes numerous reinstalls to make it work and then will randomly break and require more installs to get going again. Push notifications are borked. Did they bribe our CTO to make us use this?

ID Wallet suggests more that ID can be stored in it. Guess Again. NO way to add more that one ID so multiple TOTP apps needed??? Works Great for the first ID I have on it...

If you log in to quickly it doesn't work. It's not any more secure the a password as a pin can get you past the traditional mfa. Only use it because I have to

It takes me 10 tries to log into my timecard application because this trash app won't pop up the approval screen. That's 20 minutes of sitting staring at it.

Horrible app. If I could give it negative or zero stars and still leave a review I would. This app was forced on me by my company and has never worked. Constantly crashes. If you are wanting to use this for your company, don't. Anything would be better than this garbage.
