So far so good ! Seems to give good discounts on the hotels i selected.

Great app. Great support (email, calling is rather useless). Give it 5 stara for past experiences but right now 4 because after the latest updates the map view is useless, and drop down menus during bookings don't work. Support said it's an issue with the app and they will correct during next major update. I'm running it on a Samsung note 10 lite with Android 10... so now everything I want can't be done on the app.

Only app I use to travel. They usually have a better deal then what the hotel is offering

User Friendly! Great Deals! I've only had one issue with a booking. The agent refunded my money and I booked directly with the hotel. I had to spend more money and I was upset. But 9 times out of 10 I book last min and everything works out fine. I have used this tool to book hotels all over the world! Always do your research and use the Travel tools available to us. Enjoy!

This is app has great filters and very user friendly.

Great when it works, horrible when it doesn't. Zero customer service if you book a hotel with them. No option to get a live person as phone disconnect after 10 minutes automatically (they don't ever answer). Email support isn't good either. The hotel I reserved with them had no AC. Hotel released me with no penalty but over a week and Id90 support still hasn't been able to fix the situation on their end. Use another travel agency.

I have had to un-install & re-install the Android app at least 5 times already & am still getting the same error message - "Oops! Looks like something went wrong. " I've also emailed Customer support & have not received any response!! I hope this issue is resolved before I travel at the end of August.

Very easy to use. Customer service is slow to respond and you do have to know your own airlines passenger policy, they cannot help you with that.

As a flight attendant, usually apps like these are lifesavers. Not ID90. It seems like I can almost always find a better deal by just booking hotels directly. No thanks, false advertising with this app for sure.

Haven't used the app in 9 months and when I tried to use the app, it showed an error message, un-installed app, tried to install the app and now I'm unable to re-install the app. Even tried to un-install others apps and old pictures to clear up space.

what can I say? App may be well done, but when lowest car rental is $66 a day, and another site finds $27, I can't give a positive review. Edit: I will check prices at checkout. I like the app UI, but it needs to be competitive price wise. If I find it is, I will upgrade. Moving it to 2 stars now because developers obviously watch and respond.

I love using this app for booking discounted hotels for myself and my friends and family. So far I've used it for San Diego, Vegas, and San Francisco. I saved a lot of money compared to booking it through Priceline/Expedia/Orbitz. I have an upcoming trip to the Philippines in January and I'm looking at an all suites hotel in Manila that will only be $210 for 6 days if I book through this app. I've compared it to other third party hotel booking sites and ID90 Travel is way cheaper.

First time user for last minute hotel booking and I was pleased. Will definitely use for future travel arrangements.

The slide to book doesn't work with Android phone. Just closes the page.

Pretty easy to use although at times there is no availability when it gives you hotel info.

For Hotels it is a great tool but be aware with the car rentals. We rented a car through the app and when we arrived at the car rental place in Mexico the internet price was only available with a $8.000 deposit and other prerequisits. We felt quite duped and had to pay $30 more a day than we thought initially. So we will not use the car rental tool anymore. We havent tried the flights yet

Quick and easy to navigate once you get the hang of it. Occasionally glitches. Just close and open again and sometimes might even need to uninstall and reinstall. Overall well designed

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Customer service was aweful. My room was old, there was used barsoap in the bathroom shower, No hairdryer, I called for one and no one ever delivered one! Cost $30.00 to park so i opt to park at the airport. The clock was wrong in the room and missed the shuttle to the airport had to walk with all my luggage in the rain! Im a flight attendant and stay at a lot of hotels. The desk clerk showed no empathy she just didnt care!! They have lost my business!

I like the app and the ability to quickly list for flights. The latest update has omitted the "Trips" button. I cannot find my listing to edit or delete my trips on my android.

All around best app for non-revs. Really well laid out. The only reason I didn't give them five stars was when they email us about a great hotel rate when you click on it you end up all hotels for that city.

Easy peasy. Buttons and interface is very mobile-friendly and compatible with my fat fingers. Can quickly find what I'm looking for without too much fuss.

our experience was awful. just after 9pm there was no courtesy bus. The girl behind the desk supposedly only filled in for someone so she didn't know anything. No cups or plastic cups in the room. No courtesy shampoo& lotion. Bathtub looked grungy. Checking out, early in the morning no one at the desk, took a while for a girl to come. Again someone not working there regularly. No morning shuttle either even though advertised. We were very disappointed and would not recommend. Unpleasant staff.

good overall needs a few tweaks like a link to dial a hotel I booked and already paid for on ID90... Seriously why make us google the phone number? We need to call for the shuttle van. Rep from ID90 said they are worried about us negotiating direct with the hotel for a better room rate. *Duh* We have to call them anyway! If i was planning to screw you out of the deal I would not have swiped "book now"
