This app was awesome until they did the updates now it is terrible it doesn't load layers and if your phone is in dark mode you can't see the map they should have the ability to change to light mode in the app
New model is a little easier yet it has problems with its options like receiving notifications on your desired travel route. It won't take the phone number! Don't offer what you won't provide!
Absolutely hate what has been done to my well loved old 511 app!!!!!!!! Very user unfriendly, takes too much time, impossible to navigate!!! Please bring back the old format!!!!!!
Only update winter driving conditions twice a day which is totally useless. It told me that the road conditions were great, when they were in fact black ice and fog so thick you could barely see 2 to 3 car lengths. Of course by then I was halfway between 2 rural towns and couldn't turn around. The only thing worse than this app is the highway patrol that left a road open for someone to risk their life on.
This app helps keep me alive in winter when I'm in Idaho. The road conditions reports are updated every 10-15 minutes and are very helpful. This app tells you where precipitation is happening and whether or not the roads are slick, basically in real-time. My only complaint is that the sensor stations go down once in a while. Don't drive in Idaho in winter without this app.
Downloaded recent version of app on new phone, now I can't change what I see on display, such as weather stations, cameras, etc. Can't find the menu bar that I previously had to select displayed info. E-mailed developer with link on this page and no response. If I could find that menu bar I'd give the app 5 stars.
Doesn't fit screen and unable to customize colors.

Don't like the black background after the update
I use this app when I travel. I have saved routes & now when I click on more details about a certain area app crashes constantly. I even tried clicking on cameras to view area it crashes also. I have a Note 10+, I'm not sure if my phone & app work well together.
It sometimes gets you the info you need but I have yet to use this app even one time without it crashing and having to restart it. And even then, good luck getting it to work without crashing about 5 more times.
Was notified that the newer version of this app was ready and I do not see anything. It is still the old version which is useable but not super user friendly. Please lay out the new version.
Hate the new version. Give me the old version without any setup.
I like the idea of the app. It tells you what roads are like. But when I go to view the traffic cams the app crashes. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no luck.
No legend or description of road conditions. Just some undefined colors

Normally the app is accurate but this time... It didn't update the road conditions so we hit slush or something and spun off the road into barbwire fence in a soft top convertible....
Looks like it has a lot of potential. It would be nice to set a route and receive notifications from it like the tutorial shows.
Trying to find info on winter driving. Impossible to figure out and has very little info. Then, surprise, it crashes.
It's great when the app works, but more than half the time the cameras are "unavailable."
This is the worst app I have ever used. It loads info extremely slow and stops working after 1 minute of use.
I deleted the app because it was showing old photos of the roads and now out won't download again. Haven't been impressed.
It will not let me log in!

One day its there...next day its gone...I would rate this new app a zero if I could...just go back to the old one...simple and reliable...just because you can doesn't mean you should...your bells and whistles don't work...and VERY unreliable...go back to old or I Uninstall...its a failure.
