IDBI Bank mPassbook

I've been a user of this app since a long time now. It's a good and user-friendly app. But in the recent times, the app is crashing a lot. Inspite of keeping it updated to the date and having a good network connection we're not able to connect to it because of the bank servers. It seems there is some problem with the bank server and we're unable to connect to it. Please look into this problem and rectify it soon. Thank you :)

I'm trying to using this app for longg time nd it's not working. When I log in it just shows loading screen for 10 mins nd still not able to get any data. How the hell this even on playstore!!!!!! My device is realme5 and everything this up to date. Please, fix this problem. BTW My net is working properly and everything else is good too. I tried reinstalling the app nd still this is happening. PLEASE Fix this problem ASAP

Not receiving any otp. Server issue or app idk. Kindly fix it asap. I'm using realme 6 phone. P.S after the update now it's working fine. App is easy to use and fast. IDBI bank provides one of the best apps and internet banking services. Little slow in updates for bugs and minor glitches sometimes but overall it's great.

Hi my phone was updated with newer version of Android. This has led to error message being displayed while running the app. It says " This App is designed as per older version, please update the compatible version" You are requested to kindly look into the matter and update so that we could use this app smmothly.

I am using this app since last 4 to 5 years. But now the app is not working and showing white screen. I have uninstalled and installed the app many times. Still the same. Please fix the issue. App is very useful

The app needs to be updated quickly as it isn't compatible with Android 10. Whenever I try to use the app, it keeps showing me the pop up that the app was built for an older version of Android. Please update it for the latest version of Android, or else it makes no sense for me to keep the app on phone.

Nive application but needs some improvement. If you try to exit or when any dialogue box appears in the application you cannot see the options to click. You need to close the application forcefully and there is no option to close from the application which is quite annoying.

The app was working really well on previous android version but now, on the new version its not only working really bad and on top of everything its not even opening and continuously showing error. Its a request to please update it as soon as possible so that it could work smoothly and hassle free.

The app shows only the transactions for only the last three months. Also, the date input in the advance search doesn't work. The app is good enough only the check the last few transactions, and/or download the same as a PDF. Definitely NOT a replacement for a real passbook.

Please fix this app as soon as possible. IT IS VERY USEFUL but nowadays there are a lot of bugs in it. When i refresh my transactions, it says, 'Unable to contact bank', and this is happening since months. Also at the time of checkout, the 'Yes' or 'No' is absent in the confirmation dialogue box.

I think giving one star is also more than enough but what to do,as there is no option for rating it with zero star. One of the worst application with very limited options available, most of the time displaying an error of server time-out And worst part is no regular updates to improve the app as it is not working in Android 10 but no updates have yet came. I am highly disappointed.

Its stop working on my android phone realme 2 Pro from last january. Before this it was working properly. But its work smoothly on iphone. I reinstalled it on realme but again its not working. Neither open nor updating passbook. I have contact to customer service but there is no response from them. App is still not working even after reinstall. Very pathetic aap. Totally failure for abdroid phones.

Nice app but I've a must have suggestion that you must include available balance near credited or debited record at the time when that particular transaction done what was the balance! In the passbook so that user can get the perfect calculation and record that even if was debited or credited what was the balance and he/she can guess where did he/she spend the money

The app doesn't pull internet and refresh the list itself. All the other apps are working perfectly fine and suddenly you enter this app and refresh the list, the circle keeps rotating but the internet speed goes down to zero as soon as I login into the app.

If you want to view the transaction from a month or from date to date or from a F. Y, there is no option for that. Besically you can't choose a time period. It only shows your the last 10 transaction. I request you to please update this App with a great user interface.

I have been using this since 2017. I narrated and comment on the transactions. However since December the app crashes and refuses to open. Reinstall risks loss of data. I can't access the data as well. I am kinda lost here. Please help

Pathetic app. They discontinued physical passbook, suggesting to use the app which simply does not work. I am trying to get a statement between dates and calendar pop-up does not select or populate the date. Very annoying. Please fix this problem. At least test everything before compelling customers to use the app.

Really frustrated with this app, when I open the app the loader didn't disappear I have waited for a while but the transaction did not load. Please look into this and fix this bug. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but that also didn't help.

Very disappoint by service.... and very slow app from last 2 months, it was working earlier but after 2nd May it is not working in my android phone i.e realme 2 pro... I can open the app but can't upload the passbook. Please resolve this issue. Now i update the app but still it's not working and now even I can't open the app.

One of the worst App. It never worked fine. It was not openings from few months. I have uninstalled it and again installed. But still it is asking to update. After the latest version is installed how can it ask for update. Studid and useless App ever seen.

There is a bug in the app as it is not allowing me to enter the app after entering the pin number. This happened after a recent official software updated automatically on my phone, model oppo f11 pro. I think the dev team should look into this, I have tried on other model mobiles it was working fine. Again I tried on another f11 pro mobile again it's the same.

It's not working properly. Today (06/04/2020) I'm trying trying to get my passbook for FY 19-20 and it's showing me error that "data available in your device is from 01.10.2020" how nonsense it is it's a future date (01.10.2020) .. how can I have future date data in my device. Useless app. Although, I am unable to get 18-19, 19-20 passbook from this app. My account is 10 years old Account. One more thing this app is not updated since aug 2016. Please improve its performance. 🙏

"Cannot contact the bank." It cannot update the passbook most of the time. Oh come on! Improve this app. When I try to check statement using Idbi go mobile+ app, It asks me to register every time I get into the app. Idbi service getting worse. I'm planning to close the bank account If service doesn't improve.

This app is not working for the past four months. An error message coming i.e this app was built for older version of Android and may not work properly. Try checking for updates or contact developers. Despite making several complaints with bank regret no action has been taken by the bank to rectify the problem. Please see that this is rectified urgently.

Using this app since 2018, perfect app to review balance and statements of multiple axcounts. Mar 20 faces some glitches in text format was fixed quickly, thanks to IDBI team. Later in Jun I updated Android version, the app was not opening properly. Once reported, it is fixed soon. Inreally thanks IDBI team for professional response ans prompt customer support. Great Work, keep IDBI digital as much as possible. Excellent App.

Again, only loader is showing.This is happening very often. If you guys can't keep the app consistant, why do keep in playstore. Just remove it. Whoever developed this, great job. You successfully failed the app.

Very Frustrating! From April the app was not showing updates saying "invalid token". Finally in July I uninstalled and reinstalled. The problem continues. The app is unable to verify the login credentials and proceed.
