Worst app, unable to login, showing this app. Not work on rooted device

Not able to download the Premium Paid certificate from Website & Whatsapp bot also. In website it is just showing loading for hours and in Whatsapp bot it is saying Statement is not available. Same issue exists even while checking the past financial year premium paid certificate also. Kindly rectify the issue.

Ageas federal is good for securing future prospect but policy considerations should be rewived for the best interst of customer as currently pandemic and chronic diseases are concerned.

What a pathetic & stupid app, website and your bot!!! Nothing works... The API for getting policy details just waits forever and never completes - same issue in web and mobile. And your awesome "AI bot" doesn't know anything other than to respond Session Expired. I need my premium paid certificate for official purpose and am screwed up now. Do the app development with a software company/developers who know what they are doing. Let me know if you can't find them, I can help 😓

I hv installed ageas federal app in my mobile. But i couldnt login for several times in the beginning ( it says my number is not in records). After trying the same for a number of times, it logged in and asked for otp which wasnt received in my number even in 30 mnts. I tried resend otp option again and again and I m still waiting for my phone to receive it.. Its one hr already after i resend otp last time... Lol I mailed to customer support then... Waiting for a reply as well.

This app literally fails in every aspect. Download fails, OTP Generation fails, tried to send the feedback, that failed as well...Every single operation fails. A big let down.

Atrocious...i regret why i installed this bug.. Everytime it could not connect to server . even though your password is correct it shows error..if you type forgot password then another window opens to type your username and number keys opened.. . horrible.. get lost

Worst app ever.lost so much money just because not able to switch.it shows awitching request has been submitted but when i check its not done.u have to return my money because its your error.i have all the screenshots.

Really bad experience with keep on going to login and even login keep on spinning. Not really user friendly.

Useless app from a useless insurance company. They fail at tivial tasks like generating a premium certificate. I dont know if I can trust this company with more business. Just hope they dont collapse when my policy matures.

App is not opening. I was expecting annual payment from ageas / idbi. Very bad service. Can someone fix this app please

Unfortunately Chhattisgarh is Not listed in the list of states in this app.The developer is Not aware that India has a state called Chhattisgarh ,while giving feed back or writing we can't give our state name.This is a blunder you have done and must correct it.

Useless app. Doesn't log in. Keeps hanging for ages. A total waste of time

When I tried to download premium paid certificate it doesn't contain information of date & amount paid.. What a website .. they don't test before deployment

Easy to login with registered mobile number ..easy to pay pending premiums.

Can't download premium paid certificate or submit tickets. Both website and app are sad.

not able to register , new user registration requires otp. i have been waiting for otp from last 30 minites.

worst life insurance company ever... just cheeaters... these agents are trained to cheat.. i approached federal bank to join a deposit. but they redirected the amount i paid to the insurance policy without my concern... i recently approached ombudsman office.. i am not sure whether i will get my money back or not.. lost almost 1,50,000 rupees..

Not able to Login . Tried New User Registration as well as Forgot Password option but to no avail.

Worst application .worst insurance company which I have seen.and also no customer care support also.Daily not updating the share value....

Third class app., not working even after updation, it seems IDBI federal does not want to show the account statement to the customer
