iDcard

I tried to activate the account more than once, but could not. The system would not send me the activation text which is what it's supposed to do. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed in this app. I'd rather have the card if this app is this unfriendly.

More then eating good and you get something back

App doesn't work at Pearlridge/Aiea area on my Note 5. It works on the Note 2 no matter where on the island you go.

Love the deals on this card! You always make out with saving more than you spend. My one complaint is that restaurants dont update with the card/app what the discounts are! The app showed that I should get 15% off while ihop claims that its just 10% 😣

You can't go wrong with this ID CARD. I've been more then happy and found myself relaxing more when I'm out dining. I was even shocked to save so much money having my car serviced. We will be traveling in May. Here we come saving more $. Thanks Shawn! :-)

Loving it. Forgot once while out with friends; can you make it zap my Gear Fit when I enter a member store? I'm old!

The Best Card to have, physical or virtual!!!

Really love the app, its very resourceful and gives great discounts everywhere from restaurants, to entertainment, and just everything. This app is so super easy to use, I highly recommend it, and if for any reason if I have a problem with the app(which you shouldn't cause its super easy) I know Shawn is there, and his response time is excellent.

I got gifted a membership and it took a little time to get the app working. Shawn was very helpful and patient as I figured out how to use my phone as well as figure the app and get it working.

Update- With the latest update the app NOW WORKS!!! Thank you Shawn and your team for troubleshooting the issue!! Like i said GREAT Customer service!!!Although this app still does not work on my phone. (Must be just my phone) I am giving it 5 stars for the excellent customer service provided by Shawn. He tried his best to trouble shoot the issue for me and still with all the help the app just doesn't work. I hope in the near future it will until then its a physical card for me! ☺

I love the idea of a virtual iD card and can check what's around u and what places accepts it and can be used in the mainland and in hawaii.
