Idea Note - Floating Note, Voice Note, Voice Memo

Great for making quick, organized notes, could use more text editing options (bold, underlined, etc.). The side bar also sometimes disappears and the app has to be restarted, which started occuring after a few days. Otherwise a really useful app, adding an easier way to sort/see time of the notes created with an option to organize the notes would definitely deserve 5 stars.

Been using for years. I thought it was a great app, loved having it just off the side of the homescreen. However, a while back I archived some notes for the 1st time and when I tried to restore them recently, they are now no longer dated correctly. It shows the date of restoration instead. I needed that information. Dev does not respond to emails.

This is pretty great but It would be a lot better if 1. There was an option to use Bold/Italics. 2. if we can edit the layout (like from the left, from the right, center). 3. If the " to do" checklist isn't every line. (pls. make it that there could be a button to indicate the input of a checkbox. 4. have folders for the notes. I mean, the "tags" are a great Idea but, it's not enough to categorize it like that and it's almost a little messy.

This is a very useful app! I am now able to take down any notes or ideas that come in to my mind as long as i have my phone near me, but of course there's always a room for improvement. I sometimes notice that there are two toolbar and it's kinda annoying. When I disable it, the other one disappear then the other one stays. I then need to reset/tweak it until come back to normal. Well I hope you understand that. To goyourfly, please fix this, thanks.

It covers everything that you need to take efficent note taking and you can assort them into various headings as per your liking. The only problem that i'm having .. if anyone reading this could you please help? I've taken the pro version, isnt there a desktop application for this app? It's easier if youve got 15 minutes in the morning to type everything out and have it synced to your phone app. Anyone else pitching in with an opinion, Id appreciate it. I'm really having trouble figuring out how to access the desktop version..

Downloaded it earlier today. It's a great concept and taking fast notes for art ideas seemed amazing, but it's been crashing my phone all day. Slowing it down, crashing apps, or crashing my whole phone in general. Would recommend it if it wasn't for it ruining your whole phone. I think this doesn't happen if you don't let it overlay, but thats kinda the whole special aspect of the app, so then you might as well use your regular notepad or something.

I'm always looking for apps to make my phone super fast and simple to use. Idea Note definitely fits that bill! I Love the concept and the design. It's easy to use and super handy! The only reason I only gave it 4 stars is because of the Grammer in the settings options. Just some constructive criticism for the developer. You should hire someone who is very fluent in English that is able to put things in proper English so you don't have to read and re-read options to try and figure out what they are! Otherwise kudos, and keep up the great work!

Without a doubt the greatest list app I've ever used! Doesn't matter what you're doing-- watching videos, playing games, interacting with another app-- it's always right there, ready to use, without having to leave your current activity. It's convenient, unobtrusive, and it works every single time. Absolutely perfect! EDIT: And now there's a paste function too!! Thank you so much Dev!!

Some features I enjoy, is it can be a small tab on the side of my screen and I forget it's there until I want to use it. I am using the locked notes more than anticipated. The biggest down side is I order to copy text out of the notes you have to open the full app. I dont see that as a huge draw back as you can easily open the app from the side bar you can pull out. I have 0 regrets with this app.

Still on the edge about this one. I like the idea a lot, graphics are nice (though I believe the main app could be improved) and it's very smooth, but there is no way to import tasks and picking pics and files is a pain. Also, I don't appreciate much paywalling basic features like recurring tasks, pro should be reserved to pro features.

Idea Note is such a simple, yet useful application that I would almost guarantee is frequently overlooked when searching for note taking applications. Everyone should give this app a try. HOWEVER, the $3.99 monthly fee for the premium version should be a one time fee! Even if it was increased to $7-$10 ONCE, I would gladly pay that. That's a ridiculous price and I have to say I'm getting really tired of paying it. The app is great, but if the price doesn't change I will uninstall it soon. 🤷‍

Actually this is one of the few apps that I actually really like. There are a few things that I wouldn't mind seeing changed to better my experience with this app. The one big thing I would like to be made available is to customize the slider tab to different colors. Most of the times my wallpapers are dark and because the slider is dark too I can hardly ever see it, I have to resort to using a button on my home page. I would invest the money into upgrading the app if I knew it would be better.

Love it! Easy to use. Extremely handy when you need to remember to do something or capture an idea. 2 months later, I'm still using it daily. Easy to add (voice or type) & rearrange items. PS. The reviews that say it's difficult have to be bogus. There's no setup. You just use it.

This mobile app has all the features I was looking for: quick note-taking, cross-platform, voice-to-text, text sharing. I was loving it until I noticed that I could not copy or paste text in the Mac app. This missing basic function is a deal-breaker for me. Sadly, I will continue my search for the perfect cross-platform note app.

I like the vocal reminder option specific to time/date as well as bells and whistles giving you push notifications. Make sure you don't change your "hey Google" options in Idea Note settings or you won't be able to use it if that's your choice. You can always change back but sometimes it's hard to find where it is in settings

(edited: update to 5 star since issue was fixed in new update!) Generally the app and design is great, but a major issue I've been having is that when I'm not in the actual app (the sidebar notes) I can't click on the three dot menu on the bottom nor for a note. Nothing shows up and it causes my phone to freeze up, and in general I have to go into the main app if I want to delete a note. If this didnt freeze up my phone/was fixed, I would give a 4-5 star

I have gone into this app a few times after installing to push the envelope. Just little crisp ventures here and there to aid mnemonics in order to learn and remember quickly. I am still at the stage of pressing buttons here and there to find what happens and test functionality and wayfinding. I have customised to a solid polychromatic pastel theme. I like the light touch of the app overlay in respect of its total usage of screenspace. I also like its standard in notifications for quick access.

First impressions. Very good 👍 I'm in Australia so selected "Hong Kong" server in Set up. My lists sync just fine upon hitting the sync button on both devices. I have donated au$1. For all the hard work and time that this app must have taken to produce. If everyone who likes the app did the same. the Dev could have all the coffee he likes! Keep up the good work. go your fly.

I just recently installed it and then figured out that almost every feature needs a premium account. For example, we have to pay for only 4 themes?or lock my password? Please don't be a really money focused person, make at least some features free! Or even add more free features like more themes. Yeah, I know it's a good app, but not making everything premium makes the app better.

Great! Professionally done game. It's free and the ads are not intrusive. You can optionally watch ads to get extras. Well designed, developed, and maintained. It's challenging but not frustrating, anytime I think I'm stuck on an impossible level I manage to get past it eventually. There's no built in game play set ups, tricks, or obstacles that make you pay to move ahead. I play it on all my tablets, Android, iPad, and Fire HD. Thank you for challenging hours of fun!

I really want to use this app for more than testing a few notes. The reason I don't step in yet is because so many apps I've used stop being developed or just disappear out of the store with no warning, and no way to save off your data. I want to be able to export my data to a popular usable format so that I have control in case something happens. Thanks for making such a great looking app. I will be watching!

inovatitive conception about the GUI. It is handy to take notes and shown unobtrusively. Although, I would expect to give the option to assign more categories to notes instead the four (to do, important,inspirations &lock). More over I am obliged to mention that the voice recognition should have been free for a 4,90€ pro account and these are two reasons for low Rating. It got more expensive for a pro account without any obvious improvements ONE STAR LESS

I have been using Idea Notes for the past few days! And I have to say that this is one of the best things such as an APP that I have ever encountered!! The smoothness of the APP itself is beyond phenomenal!! I also love the design of the APP in showing the window with each notes on the home screen!!!!! The intuitiveness and ease of note taking for reminders is mind blowing!! This is a must have APP on my ONE PLUS 7 PRO for 2020!!!

I use this every day and for me it's extremely well put together. The ability to float all my reminders over all other apps on the screen just with one swipe is really useful- as is the ability to record a quick voice note from home screen- voice to text recognition is perfect every time so far. Definitely a must have.as far as I'm concerned

I give that idea note a thumbs up ! I have tried literally dozens of these types of apps over a few years time. None of which lasted more than a week or so before I found a glitch or flaw that unfortunately rendered the app unappealing and not worth the storage space it was taking up on my phone . Until I found the ID and no app I have now downloaded it onto two separate phones, my work phone and my private cell. I use both of them literally every day!

I think it looks nice, and I like how it its always easily accessible with the slider. I dont like however, how you cannot move items within a checklist, and whenever you make a new line ona checklist it does not by default go to tyoing on that line, you must click on it.

Great app. It works smooth And I'm also happy that it's not ruined by disturbing ads and pop-ups or required payment forevery essential features YET. Please add IOS & desktop (Microsoft store) versions too.(it's been years that we are waiting for the app to be used cross devices, Not web version, I mean the REAL ios and windows app) To developers: the more free features an app got, the more users will use it and more popular it will get among people out there. Thanks for your great app! 👍
