Als u de app installeert, kunt u uw voorkeursbank selecteren. De mobiel bankieren app van deze bank wordt opgestart als u de iDEAL-transactie in de app bevestigt.
iDEAL QR-codes kunt u overal tegenkomen, op facturen, kassabonnen, schermen (TV, laptop, winkelzuil, etc.), (abri)posters en op uw televisie. Hoewel deze codes zijn te scannen met iedere app, is het alleen mogelijk om een iDEAL-betaling op te starten met de iDEAL-app. Wel zo veilig.
If you install the app, you can select your preferred bank. The mobile banking app that bank starts when you confirm the iDEAL transaction in the app.
iDEAL QR codes can be found anywhere, invoices, receipts, screens (TV, laptop, shop pillar, etc.), (shelter) and posters on your television. Although these codes can be scanned with each app, it is only possible to start an iDEAL payment with iDEAL app. Do so safely.

so everyone speaks english in netherlands. you can read the system language on my phone being english. even the banks' apps associated with this iDeal automatically set to english...and you cant have it translated? i wish NS could accept a simple bank card and i didnt need to fumble with this BS
No English translation. The app was last updated in 2019. You cannot select Revolut Bank in the app although iDEAL works with Revolut in The Netherlands.
Can only link to Dutch banks and therefore is useless for me and a lot of other people that do not have a Dutch bank account. Perhaps add some integration to Google Pay?
App installed and no option for english. Or any latin language. I cannot understand a word of it.

It doesn't connect with my Rabobank app / It doesn't allow me to confirm my Rabobank as the bank to use...
useless if you dont have a DUTCH bank account. like dutch companies only have dutch customers. small country small minded....

First time user. Scanned given QR code on page (desktop computer)using QR decoder app already installed on my Samsung. Doing this lead me to the PlayStore and IDEAL app Installation request which I selected which afterwards, took me directly into my Banking app and, payment went smoothly.

Awesome concept ane idea but no English translation. As it is recommended on TransferWise app i expected a better app, an international app! Very hard to u dsrstand how it works even from their website, where there is not even a link to the app, weird...
