Don't know why they keep playing with the app.....I can't even log in sometimes. Long waits when you need to call. Even the recordings automatically take you to the wrong place sometimes. Simpler was better.
Very dissapointed with the new system. I used to be able to see the amount of interest taken out on every payment to my loan through the transaction details. That option is not available anymore and I have been told the only way to do this now is to open up each individual monthly statements. I really miss the ease of the old system.
What the hell did you just do to your app. The ridiculous and unnecessary amount of CONSTANT re-verification is annoying and ridiculous. I have been a member here, and had the same PC and phone, lived in the same area for YEARS. Why this stupid thing keeps needing to verify again and again despite clicking 'remember this device' every time is nauseating. I now get 'potential identity theft' notifications all the time for basic shopping. PLEASE FIX THIS.
I haven't been able to get on the app at all for the last couple weeks. Tried to uninstall and whatnot, but still won't work! App had always been very user friendly until this occurred!
I love this app except it hasnt allowed me to get past the retrieving your accounts screen for over a week. It freezes everytime. I'm so frustrated.
Worst experience using app, customer service, they won't even answer the phone to help out. Don't use this app it will send codes to palces like your work landline of a company you work for or possibly any other phone than your own. Even when they clearly have your phone number.
This lags and gets stuck all the time on log in. Force close and re-opening constantly to get it to work. Not my phone as it is new and have no issues with any other app.
SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER than the previous app by far in functionality, speed and ease-of-use. Do all of my banking with it. Deposit checks and transfer funds instantly.
love the app, only issue I have is the iris reader. it's stupid. I dont wanna have to look stupid having to open my eyes wide enough and close enough to my face to check my bank account. put an option in the settings for me to switch to the fingerprint. once you do that you gain a 5 stars
This App is always down and when I need to access my account this is all I have because I don't have a computer! What was the point for "fixing it when you made it worse"
Doesn't work- Android phone, but I use chrome browser, when chrome changed cookie policy bank app just quit Why do you keep asking the same question this must be a program and not real people. I have an android and I cannot even get to the login screen
App keeps closing for me, unusable on my Samsung galaxy note 9. After uninstalling and reinstalling the app is working again.
I'm frustrating with this app.. hard to get in touch with the staff.. I am always have to be on hold for more than 30min..
The app use to work now i have trouble loading I get a blank white screen its annoying I use this app alot, and now I have trouble signing in!
Easy to navigate, simple to use. Great new app, definite improvement.
Keeps saying locked. I can access on hard computer but not on any cell phones. Inconvenient!!
would rate it higher but since its updated recently it won't open it keeps closing as soon as I try to open it

Can,t find it on the playstore on my phone, downloaded from computer says its installed on phone from computer but can't find it on the phone.

Good bank app. Has what you need to get your stuff done. No problems with it.
Was recently told by the CU the app isn't working with any J series Samsung phones.

Simple, live, intuitive.
The app is different from the past..and it doesn't work as good..and rarely loads..white screen..and I've tried fixing ..every possibility I can do..even a different device..same issue..something needs to change..its less user friendly and doesn't work most the time..
