Aside from the connection problems, 80% times the app will not let me pay for more than one ticket at once (more items in the cart). It gives me weird error messaged such as "the time for payment has expired" or just that an error occured. This has not been fixed for like 4 years of this app being out? You cannot expect to be respected if you cannot even make the payment and displaying of the tickets work.
This App has a good design and it's easy to buy tickets in it, however there is about 50% chance that it won't connect to the internet!!! So relying on this app to buy any ticket can be really infuriating. Maybe there is a problem with the slovakrail server itself and not the app, but anyway it's really frustrating when it doesn't connect.
Cannot buy bicycle ticket, so have to make purchase via web. Timetable search with bicycle works tho
Finally works reliably. Some interface elements are small or at weird places and it really needs different language options. It's a bit hard to explain to foreigners how can they get their tickets if they can't understand a single thing.
Slovak rail this is 2019 not 1999, your app and website have pitiful reliability. When this app works its fine for the basics of buying a ticket quickly, but often there are crashes or it cancels the shopping cart. Often i have to go to the website but then run into issues there as well. Slovak rail r u living in the pre-web dark ages still?!
It does what it is supposed to do, its usability is very good. I have to deduct one star as the app does not allow to buy crossborder tickets (e.g. to Vienna). This could be improved.
Very nice app. But few improvements would be nice to have: I cannot delete favourite rides; favourite ride should be saved with my specific time and not current time; it would be great if I could save payment method.
Works great for my purpose - getting student discount ticket. Never had problems with this app so far for the mentioned purpose. What I miss is caching thr bought tickets so that I can access them without intrrnet connection
Terrible app is not working in most exposed times especially in the morning. App itself is fine, when it works, which is rare.
Design is nice. But having 50% to not buy tickets, wait 3-5 minutes to get payment done, and overall technical issues and bugs... Same as Slovak trains. Also why is there G-Pay if it's not working?
Be careful, this app won't tell you some trains have mandatory seating reservations and WILL NOT tell you (or just force you) to buy reservations. This will lead to a very unpleasant conversation in the train.
Not very good, no info about stops of each train and I don't see English in settings. Was expecting a much better app after such a long time
Despite all less favourable reviews I did install this app thinking what the heck... Let's give them a benefit of doubt! And to my surprise 😀😀😀. It worked great! Just bought a ticket for the whole family, first class, from BA to PB. No frills! I'm not dreaming!
Absolutely useless app, doesn't connect to internet doesn't do anything not even search for yours train. Don't be even bothered to install to your phone.
It doesn't even start! Epic fail this app. It's faster to wait in queue for 15 minutes than waiting for this app. Shame to all online services.
I started to get an error to update my app. There's no available update to download from the store. I'm not able to access the app.
Same problem to pay tickets, not letting to received those. Also, even if i'm learning slovak, would be cool to have the app with English option👏🏼
nice design, but app needs a new profile and there is no account sync by registration card number for already existing tickets for example
Payment authorised by bank was not reflected in the app and no ticket is visible in the app. Fortunately the ticket was sent to email.
This app is just a fail...takes ages to load, sometimes kicks me out when trying to buy a ticket.
app does not allow to purchase a weekly or monthly ticket, so it is useless for me since I travel by train on daily basis

it is not possible to buy a ticket to viena :(. linked to masterpass would be useful.

Previous version was working properly. In latest version unable to choose sleeping place.
I can find the trains I want and I don't have to go to the station. Works just fine.
As bad as the web/mobile platform is, this app is by far the easiest way to travel. I use credit and and classic railplus and I was able to buy tickets with one transfer very easily (unlike web or mobile version). Logged in with my registration number which was fairly easy to find in my account. Pros: quick, easy and intuitive no necessary steps ticket, present and past journeys are all in the same place (no need to download pdf) Cons: I am missing top up credit feature (need to go to website)
