I tryed five times the video call and needed more than an hour for the validation process. One agent even hang up the phone call. The data had to be entered always completely new and from the beginning, even once the process has been completed. At the end nothing worked, no answers from the support and a hotline out of service. A really poor perfomance.
Unfortunately the other person did not speak English, but thankfully I somehow managed to guess what she was saying in German!
I see a lot of negative reviews, but my experience was fine. Clear communication, didn't have to wait too long, and the operator spoke both German and English. Some of the negatives come from the contracting company requirements, that's not the fault of identity.tm. For example, the bank I was verifying for needed a proof of address but they didn't tell me that ahead of time, so I needed to repeat the process. (For most Germans it would show on their ID so it's an understandable oversight.)
This was really easy, and a really good idea!
The Picture taking was a bit problematic. The picture that you take in the frame just becomes smaller and a lot of extra space is photographed. Otherwise the experience were very smooth.
Very bad. I repeated the process 3x and have to reinput the data all over again each time. Once, the staff said the identification was successful, then I got an email saying that it failed.
Bad experience!!! Three reps from this app did not help me in validating my O2 sim card. They just simply hung up!!! This is unacceptable. Sadly, there was nothing I could do because there was no way to provide my feedback within the same app, only here. Therefore a one star review and that is still to much, because you have to remember that the customer is ALWAYS right
Horrible experience! The operator does not speak good english and quality of audio is bad. Making the questions difficult to understand. They also hang up in the middle of the process. They really need to improve because this is unacceptable!
The app is unstable and loses connection even with a stable Internet connection. The people behind the app are even worse. This is far from client friendly.
The app works fine, the operator was kind. The problem is that it takes too long to get a connection with an operator, the company should increase the resources. Only 3 stars because it took almost 1h of my time.
The button for changing the camera front/ back was confusing. Otherwise all went smoothly
They just close the video chat when seeing your face, and you receive a message "Check your connection". Unbelievable.
The whole process for identification which they offer is something to run away from. This was by far the most horrible experience of the kind. You coyld improve on coherence of message given to customer. The process looks tedious to you as well to me
Dont try. They take your Id photos. Then they told always. Internet connection is not good. Try later with other connections. Nerves only
After trying 2 times I still can't sign what I need to sign. I'm gonna have to do everything by paper and send letters back and forth.
really bad application. you can never verify anything. low quality video. Flinkster should stop using this app for verication.
I think depends on the person. I got a really nice counterpart. Quick and easy. I have gotten people in the past who were way fussier
Video session starts and nothing is happening for the next few minutes. This app is waist of the time.
Minor problems where it cannot send the picture at first attempt. But otherwise it works. If you dont speak german but speak english, you will need to find an agent that can also speak english.
App worked fine, however when taking the picture for the back it didn't automatically recognized the boundaries.
its too bad there is Zero Stars rating for such app should be a shamed of your self to put an app like that on the store where with 200 mb/s cant get stable connection ZERO STARS !!!
Kept disconnecting me. For an application claiming to work in minutes this is quite useless.
Connecton was stable. Authentification quick and without problems.
omg the web app is a complete catastrophy but the app thankfully worked. finally. 1 star for the web app but 5 stars for the Android app
Worst identification service I have ever used. The first person was nice, second was okay, the third person was plainly rude refused to explain anything and hung up on me.
