It's better than most other apps since you don't have to talk to someone and the scanning process is pretty fast the submitting part took like 5 min but that's not to bad. Had worse in the past
Good instructions and easy to use. Only thing annoying is the ID picture taking which is really sensitive with reflections, shaky hands... .
Is quite good. The manual snap of the doc is very convenient, since one knows best the right moment to take the picture, holding the doc open :-).
The workers were professional but my verification process got aborted with neither an explanation or an email and when calling customer support I'm kept waiting until the call end automatically. I will change my review once the issue is solved
Couldn't capture my face and didn't give me any options so the identity check failed. Disappointing.
Installed, opened , granted operating permissions and was asked for a non existent qr code and told to contact customer service if I did not have one but was given no Customer Service Contact option. What the hell kind of farce did I install? Uninstalling immedeatly!

The experience which was meant to be simple was laborious and took so much time. Also the app kept stopping and had to restart several times. I had to use the web option to conclude the process. I got in touch with one worker who was rude because i did not understand him well. Thankfully the feed cut off. And the second was not too professional, he kept me waiting for a while before attending to me.
