please bring back the old version that would allow me to call the owner from the app and send and email from the results on the app. This version is useless
Have been very happy with the app until the last update. It's now hard to view most of the result values as the full number is now cut off to make room for the high/low box on the right. You now have to tap on each value and then the result tab to get the full number for each parameter. - changed rating to 5 stars now after update. Problem solved thank you developers.
I really liked this app before the update. Since the update there are no normal reference ranges easily available. It was not a small update as stated.
This app is horrible! I downloaded it, and it only gave me the results from a month ago! After refreshing many times, it finally popped up one recent result, out of dozens. If I go into the vetconnect site, there are dozens of recent results, but in the app, it doesn't show 🤦🏻♀️. Totally pointless.
Terrible. Just opening the app, it immediately says "your changes were not saved. Please try again soon ". Also says this after clicking on absolutely anything. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but didn't help at all.
The app is unreliable at the best of times. And when it does work, it only shows "recent" results. We pay IDEXX a lot of money; why can't we see results that aren't "recent"?
Amazing work on this app!
Shows reference lab results but not the in house lab machine results. 4/12/2021 the inhouse results do show also for last 9 months. Great for mobile vets!
It has stopped working. Just shows my lab request as not arrived at the lab yet but the results are really done.
In my app Previous historical results are not arranged in a table form..
Doesn't show in process labs
Worse than ever. The new, "improved" version of the app doesn't even have a search feature. At least the old one could do that. UPDATE: IDEXX listened to their customers and they (finally) got it right. The app is seamless, does everything I want it to do. Easy to share results with pet owners, easy to search. They've always been a great laboratory; looks like the support is finally catching up. Thank you, IDEXX.
Great app. Really helpful and intuitive to use. Would definitely recommend this company. Their services are really accurate.
Terrible. If you are a busy practice. .. won't show results as too many on the list. Takes ages processing results and does not show any at the end!
Now I can fulfill my dream of reading labwork in bed.
I'm obsessed with getting my results. It's like winning the lotto, every.single.day. Love conveniently looking at patient past results or going through differentials while on the go.
Like that I can look at results when away from the office but it has stopped notifying me when there are new results. I have to open app and check for them.
Can't sign in this system
I like that I can get my results when I'm on the go, but I can't turn off the vibration part of notifications. It drains my battery. It would be nice to set it up how I want according to My preferences. That, and like others state that we can't access some information from the screen. At least not until the next update.
Great idea, too bad it freezes when I use it. Running the latest version on a Motorola Droid Maxx. Android version 4.4.4. Would love to see pending labwork. I'm not sure of it's full capability because it freezes as soon as I view a lab result. Looking forward to future fixes.
When I click a notification it takes me to the pertinent lab result but I can not then go back to the inbox to look at the next results. Moto x Android 4.4.4
Would never refresh
Better now that we've worked out some bugs. Would be nice to see pending labs which are complete yet - You still have to login on a computer to see those.
Overall "meh" rating. Needs some usability clean up.
Doesn't show normal values in chemistries and cbc results. Can't use back button to navigate within app or exit app. Crashes intermittently. Also when clicking on a push notification it occasionally brings you to a list of blood results that don't have the result listed by the notification. Manually updating the list does then list the blood work that you originally were notified about. Still like the app but the above problems are the reason for 3 stars.
Does not update new results in the main log I get the notification but when I go back all the new disappears, became a pointless app quick.
I can't even get passed the select a doctor toggle. Push sliders don't work.
Very convenient when it works, however no matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall it is forever giving me an alert that I am offline or have a connection issue (even though I am on a perfectly functioning wifi network). It will work eventually about 1/2 the time, but I have to click through about 10 of these alerts before it does.
Love being able to see lab results at my convenience (or without having to hunt down a free computer). Would be nice if we could forward labs to clients through the app...
