IDFC Bank Mobile Banking

Terrible experience! Through customer care I have reissued debit card. I lost the debit card so I blocked it. Their partner bluedart cannot even call me while delivering the card. I have tried to let them know about this issue. But today same thing happened. Never apply for debit card from their customer care number.

Used to be the best app until they discontinued it to force you to use the new and degraded app. The design was so clean and easy to use. The whole experience was seamless. Can't say the same about the new app.

One of the worst apps. It has a mood of it's own. it won't let you login to your account and a message is displayed 'Network Error, Check your internet connection'. While at the same all other apps including other bank's apps run smoothly without any issue. it's really frustrating. IDFC Bank has to address this if it hopes to be taken seriously by customers.

Have you fixed the bugs or you have added more intentionally. Is this app really for the users, because if it is then I guess a lot of people will be getting irritated after using the app. Sometimes balance is not visible, sometimes accounts are not visible, even sometimes after entering the correct password user is not able to get into his/ her account... What type of an application is this.

Worst app! App is continuously crashing. Another app not able to fetch details from server. Why the heck created multiple apps and not a single working app.

Its Hang.... my apps hand... Not able to start again and again... After click and open directly get back and left apps automatically.... Too much headach with this problem..

App is good. Fast and responsive But in credit card, can't see unbillled transactions. Add that feature and I ll rate it 5 star

This app is getting terrible day after day. I couldn't select benificiary for fund transfer from my list, cos every time I tap on the downward facing arrow, instead of showing a list to select from, the keypad opens up. Also, the website is equally terrible, the 'New Login'. It won't let me in and throws an error saying 'invalid captcha'.. but guess what, there is NO CAPTCHA. Unbelievable, and I couldn't transfer funds either ways! Folks, step up pls and get both of them rectified ASAP.

The app is little slow. It should be made to work much faster. The mobile recharge option in the app doesn't show the best plans available for the given mobile number. This is a major problem, because you can get the best available recharge offer for the given number in all the other apps. This needs to be corrected as soon as possible. Otherwise no one will do their mobile recharge using this app.

The best banking app that I have used. FD, RD, Debit Card management, MF, etc is just on your finger tips. Very convenient to use. The graphics are ok, but why do we need it in a banking app? People complaing about slowness, I have not experienced it much, the slowness occurs only when the internet speed is slow and the app is not able to fetch the data. Overall my experience is great.

Both the app and website are slow. Sometimes throws some error. In user perspective app and website is not that much good. After clicking on submenu it is loading for sometime. And sometimes after transferring money the amount deducted is properly not updating right away on the screen. After one refresh only the amount deducted is coming. This will Confuse the user

Unable to login. Every time the app says network is bad. Seems like only this app has issues with network while everything else seems to work perfectly fine. Update: So I received a mail from the developer citing I need to update the app for it to function properly. I already have the updated version. I presume the developer wants me to install the version that's not yet released?!

bad experience, once u log out it cannot let u log in again.... it shows like facility not available.... fix this soon. Do not use their credit card

HORRIBLE App (1) It's too much laggy while adding beneficiary and doing fund transfer. Page doesn't scroll smoothly, Cursor comes very late after touching input area, Letters and numbers show very late after typing them, page hangs for several seconds after giving one command or after typing. (2) No visual feedback while touching an option or button. We can't know if it has been touched or not. .... Pls don't ask for separate mail as details have been provided here.

Lately this app has started performing low. It lags in between when you have to add payee name or select payee name while paying. It does not show up the list. Also I feel there is need to upgrade services which can be provided online such as blocking your debit card in case it's lost or temporary block. There are so many improvements to be made in terms of working as its very slow especially while payments. Please upgrade.

This app works really well. All the banking transactions made easy and quicker which is very amazing considering its a new bank. The statistical report of both incomes and expenses are manageable through this app which is a very good feature. This app also have other features like paying bills, loan facilities, excellent customer services etc which makes very easy for people to use this app and it's also very user friendly.

The new interface has lots of issues, On fund transfer screen selection of beneficiaries become a real real hassle, the dropdown is editable so as soon as you try to select any beneficiary the keypad pops up and the editable dropdown don't even have a autocomplete feature, I am sure the developers of this app even bothers usability, the previous version was better.

I kept entering the correct login id and password but it says incorrect password or id. I tried for several time with the same password and it got logged in. What's wrong with this app, if there is some server or connection problem then say so, don't just say that the password is incorrect. It confuses the customer. When something is in error then state that particular error inorder not to create any confusion.

The app never functions properly. Once I give my fingerprint for log in (I've also tried with mpin), it just keeps processing and doesn't take me any further. It's horrible! Not worth making it as a priority account for operations. I'd surely think twice before transferring my funds into this account and using it.

Feel sorry for such developers who can't make an app work faster for the user. Too slow to load anything when I click any option.

I have lost Rs 49,999 on a transaction because of a technical error faced by the application. This is a serious issue and the bank does not pick up your calls once they have lost your money. Please uninstall. EDIT: Error was fixed. But, app is slightly buggy (they are trying to launch a new one)

A few points for feedback: 1) when creating an FD, an option for copying nominee is there, but you can't select the nominee from a drop-down list of previous nominees. It's always the first person who was added to the nominee list 2) on that note, I'd also like a feature to add nominees and have the list available. 3) when typing amounts, it would be nice to see commas showing the figure 4) when duplicating an FD, not everything is copied - the drop-down for type of FD is completely different.

This app is not getting open properly, everytime I try to open it's showing a message that "your wi-fi connection is weak. please reload the app". While all my apps are working fine with the same connection and I am facing this issue from last sometime. This is very poor experience from a bank which is trying to call itself a digital bank.

It was a nice experience. It has been not right to make something bad ☹️ which was already best in market. I am talking about the older theme. It was such a candy color, love to spend some time with app suddenly the merger with capital first will washed off that theme and new theme is not much appealing which it was earlier. Please try if possible to bring the old theme again everywhere. Or seek the suggestion from your customer could be the best idea. Hope I will be heared.

Terribly slow backend. Most of the times the app just gives up when you are in need. Sometimes it won't show the beneficiary list, sometimes unable to reset card pin. Right now it's unable to even fetch my account balance. Useless and waste of time bank. I went with this bank lured by only the offers on their debit card but I seriously regret it now.

Very frustrating. It the app doesn't want you to log in for any reason, it will say " Your user Id or password are not right". Some times it says "Internet Connection is not there." Such a bad experience using this app. I am a new customer of the bank, And I could never log in my first attempt. Always, it is in the 3rd or 4th try that I can log in. But today, it is utterly bad. Wastage of time and irritation are what I got in return.
