Idioms and Phrases - Learn English Idioms

This app is annoying with video ads, at times the count down for the video doesn't work due to which I can't close the app or navigate back that essentially means that I should close the app.

The explanations are really unhelpful and I'd go as far as saying just plain wrong and they don't tell you where the sayings came from, just what they "think" they mean. The only redeeming factor is that it lists them so I can use Google to find actual meaning for them systematically by having a list. Also irritating ads between each click.

It's good. It has A-Z idioms and phrases. But ads always shows up after opening 2 or 3 idioms. It's always like that and I find it annoying. Also, I think it would be better if they also put other features like sorting the idioms into categories.

It's a really great app. Thank you so much for your help. I wish it had two more features: The possibility of copying the texts and also reading the texts aloud! There's no way to use a reading aloud application in this app.

This app would explain a lot. details of words that would pronounce each where that you need to know in each word sentences that you need to do. of any English class that you're taking in college already in high school or even a middle school or Elementary and then them help you to understand like the choices of words that you should use during your essays for your own reading response that you use for class as well.

Good app! To collect knowledge in bits.. But I feel it is better if positive idioms we start with and second could be negative. I can understand both are important but could start a day with positive. Try to add 🔍search option to find meaning, if we come across any ideoms.

This is a good dictionary based precisely on what it says : just idioms and common daily used phrases in English language. The only little drawback is that it applies its content mostly to the spoken English in Great Britain. There's no much covered for those who live in the United States of America. Overall, it's a good source.

It seems practical with additional facility of keeping your favourite ones to use in coming lecture or address. with additional example it gives scope to understand smoothly. till now it's acting well. lets hope for its consistency in future too with sufficient updates...

All English language learners face these unusual phrases from the very beginning of their curriculum. When you meet them for the first time you get confused and usually try to translate each word and only after that you try to understand the meaning of the whole phrase. But very quickly you realize that you can not understand it at all.

This is very good for learning the idioms and phrasel verb but there should be some other things too, like grammar rules such as tenses, modals, passive, active voice passive voice, conjunctions, prepositions etc with very good usage examples and definitions.

This is very awesome application it has a to z idioms and phrases but I feel better if positive idioms we start with I and II could be negative I can understand both are important but could start the day with positive it has all those people who don't know English you can easily learn by this application it it is so good .highly recommend

For every step you have to watch a video ad. This is irritating and waste of time. One may use other apps which are free and without adds.

I wanted to give 5 stars to this app but I didn't bcoz,,,,of the ads in it ,,,,guys your app is the best but find out a solution for ads ,,,as a lot of ads are shown which make the reader lose its interest,,,,,Well I would prefer you guys to install this application as it also helps you improve your English!!
