Idle Apocalypse

Super fun. I only have 1 problem with it and it's that it's pretty grindy. After you get like, the library, everything slows down until you get the first idol. I do like whenever I get an idol though, since it suddenly picks up the pace for a bit making it more interesting and entertaining. Overall it's a damn good game you should get it if you're bored and want a pass-time game or something like that (or if you just really like idle games like me)

It's a really good game. Graphic wise, it's better than I thought it was gonna be. Overall gameplay: pretty fun, easy to move to and from each floor. What I think should change is that you should have multiple mobs spawn in a single section, instead of switching between them. But overall very good game, would recommend.

Well-presented, ads are minimal (bought ad remover anyway), microtransactions are unintrusive (not buying them anyway), and seems like it had genuine thought put into its design. From what I can tell so far, it wants a lot of attention early on, especially when unlocking new resource generators, but you can let it do its thing as resource costs go up.

I really enjoy this game! The graphics are old-school, like 64-bit. Music and sound effects are like MIDI digitized music - again, classic. I have spent real money to play this, but it is totally unnecessary to play and succeed. Patience is the only real currency. More than a few times, the one-liners from the characters have made me LOL. Replayability is medium - the game refreshes almost everything after an 'Apocalypse' so you have a nearly fresh start to build up again.

A pretty fun idle game that's more complicated than just upgrade-and-go. Advancement requires occasionally changing things up, and that keeps it interesting. Like pretty much all free-to-play games, it does have ads and microtransactions, but they're kept at a reasonable level and aren't forced. Ads provide bonuses, not required content.

This game is great, i keep coming back to it. As with most apps it has adds but they are completely optional to look at, and looking at them gives some useful benefits. There are in app purchases that they dont wave in your face every two seconds in an attempt to milk your wallet. The artstyle, very 8-bit like but very well done! You can tell the creators are passionate about this game. I hope that Idle Apocalypse gets all the praise it deserves.

This game is ridiculously addictive. It's fun, and not too mindless. It does require you to think and rework your tower as you go, so you can't always just leave it and run. The graphics are more 16-bit feel, which tickles that nostalgia. The random dialogue between all the characters is absolutely fantastic. I was scrolling between tower rooms solely to hear it. I liked this game's features so much that I actually bought the no-ads version, something I've done for only one other mobile game.

I think it's a really great game, and so far meets expectations of a light-hearted idle (with bonus destruction). What I don't like much are that you have to pay to win the event rewards - but that's expected, I mean, they have to make money sonewhere. Edit : The aqua event makes no sense, even if I paid and sped it up, I'm still abysmally low on the chart (read, 0 tier, while I'd usually already be at 2nd tier). What the hell ???

Surprisingly deep, less idle than most Fun premise, cute jokes, and somehow still playable after a year or more. $9.99 to unlock ads is the real price of the game (but I just still watch the ads so...it will eventually be a necessity though and ad bonus is super helpful from day one). Another $13.99 really speeds the game up if you like.

I like this game quite a bit, I would rate it 5 stars if it were not so laggy whenever I open it up. (Thankfully it only lasts a minute or so) I will admit, the 25% efficiency rate when offline and only 4 hours of production are a unique gimmick, but the main drawback is, that it is technically just 1 hour of regular production, so you waste time when you are offline and don't produce many resources. Other than that, great game.

This is now a staple in my gaming diet. It's really easy to check in on a few times a day. Ads are tolerable and well in control - ads never surprise me out of nowhere, and I get game-relevant rewards for watching. Of course, the game's best feature is the way the artists and writers have milked the theme every way they can. This game pulls off cute villainy in an unexpected and creative way. The hero-punching spell actually improves my mood when I'm having a bad day irl. Thanks for a good game.

a very cute game that has a lot of elements to keep it interesting, however it is sadly very disability unfriendly. many mechanics require a lot of quick tapping (especially in the apocalypse)- something i personally cannot do due to hand pain. if there was some sort of accessibility function where you hold it instead, that would net a higher score.

It is a fun, addicting, not-boring game. The ads were intreguing and the game is creative to every end, I just want to see the dialogue!!! I think the game could use a non-pay to win style by making money purchases purchasable with gems instead (so no ads could be gems instead of money) with skins and stuff for money that wouldn't give a boost, but rather would look better than most skins! It would also be useful to have a "re-take tutorial" option for people who didn't catch up. Great game!

Wonderful game, i haven't been plating for a while due to getting bored but from what I did play it was amazing. There are soooo many things to do other than what you see when you first start playing like the special monsters you can unlock later in the game, my only two gripes are that the events are just looking at numbers going up and that the combat sort of feels like smacking a wall. But this is way better than any other idle game I have seen.

great game, but it has its flaws. sometimes the dialogue has incorrect spelling/grammar, and the capital and lowercase Fs in the game are the same. also mixels. mostly nitpicks, though. i also find it honorable how it doesn't shove ads in your face like most mobile games. really great experience overall

Have to give this a low score due to the game cramming limited time events...actually better to call them micro battle passes for that is what they really are. They throw 4 of them at you back to back when staring out and to get the full rewards they expect you to pay 10$ each one...and if you replay them have to spend another 10$ on it due to it being a consumable. I wanted to like this game but with so menny mini battle passes lined up at a high price makes the game feel like a cash grab.

WARNING: Playing this game made me unhappier and more stressed! It is psychologically designed to alter your behavior and get you addicted like a loser. The game itself is very imbalanced and boring. It's this way to frustrate you to make you watch ads or buy bonuses, which in total cost more than a real AAA game. I also hate the events that occur and take three days until over. You can't decide when an event starts, so it's either plan your life around it or fail in the game. STAY AWAY!

Ads are optional, gameplay is great(though a bit repetitive) and you have the option to either pay to progress faster or just be free to play, overall I find it fun. I do hope for the game to continue without forcing ads on users. Thanks to GrumpyRhinoGames to making this Apocalypticly Great game! Honestly it's a great game. Only been playing it for a few days, but it's a lot of fun. Very reminiscent of the old style 64-bit games, music is great. The little dialogue is funny too. Ads aren't all over your screen, and they're completely optional to watch. Would absolutely give the game a try.

Minus one star because it's pay-to-win with terrible value; it costs $12.99 cad to remove ads and the 300 gems that come with it does not make it worth it at all. Minus another star because the ad bonuses don't work at least a third of the time. Also the one thing that makes me not want to reopen the game is losing my 8hr boost and watching extra ads to max it out again, on top of clicking to get to max out my generators. Might want to consider changing that up to keep players around longer

This really reminds me of something I wouldve played years ago, in a very, very good way. This is full of what made mobile games great before the whole "Stolen Asset Money Grab" storm came in. The gameplay is great, dialogue is charming as hell, the art and animation are wonderful, the music slaps so hard, and everything as a whole comes together so good. So far, only gotten Larth and Morag, but im excited to see all the others

This game is super adorable and hilarious! And it doesn't force you to pay to make tons of progress which is super nice. All games have ads which is no problem. I bought the no ads and I havent felt the need to buy anything else to actually progress. Its very easy to get gems without paying and this is probably one of my favorite idle games. The dialog between the characters are absolutely fun! The only thing I don't like is I can't send all monsters at once but it does give a good challenge!

This is a good game. I've been playing for about a year and the ad free experience is worth the money. I've gotten the hang of managing production lines so I can keep enough of every resource. My only problem with the game is that after I reach level 500 for each apocalypse there isn't much to do but wait for damage and dark energy. Idling doesn't do much at that point. Progress is almost solely a matter of hanging out on the combat screen and spamming magic spells. Still a good game.

Get it if you like idle games enough to pay for them. I appreciate the quality and effort here -- great art, writing, original music, etc. The progression is painfully slow without spending money, and I've never dropped a dime on an idle game and not about to start.

Good. Overall I'd say it's a game that's engaging in the long term, creative and lots of fun. Only taking off one star because the ads frequently get stuck and its v v annoying. Like. Either they wont play so i can get the bonuses despite me pressing the button. Or they wont close after they play.
