Idle Hotel Tycoon

Just started the game tonight and liked it a lot...until now. At first, the video ads were fine and bonuses were great. Suddenly though, every time I try to watch an ad, it says "Video 7 did not end properly." I cleared all relevant caches but that did not help. Is there a way to fix this? I am missing out on millions of dollars from the ads!!

If you have a support button it should include a way to CONTACT SUPPORT. I shouldn't be forced to come leave a one star rating to get the help I need. Anyway to my problem. I was watching ads to get the GM and my phone faded out because I wasn't paying attention and when I came back it said "Video 7 didnt finish properly" which one the ad still played all the way through before I exited and two THAT SHOULDNT STOP ME FROM WATCHING ADS FOR ANYTHING ELSE IN THE GAME. One star. Just terrible.

The game is okay, pretty basic like the many other identical games with different themes. My only disappointment with it is that unlike those games, your buildings don't change with the upgrade. Upgraded to the tier 5 ice cream truck? Despite the new picture in-menu, the in-game ice cream truck still looks like the starting one. Same result with the other buildings.

I like that this game can be played offline if it needs to be. I'm not sure about some of the names of the unlockable buildings. I don't know why this is called "hotel tycoon" that makes the whole thing confusing because it's not like a hotel at all. Better names would have been "idle town mall" or "idle town centre", possibly even "idle town recreation zone". I love that this isn't a pay to get everything kind of game, GREAT job! 🤩

Liked the game to start with. Didnt even mind a few ads until I got sucked into the longest one I've ever had in a game. Every ad also knocks my music off. Every day I have ads shoved in my face. Shops. Programs. YouTube TV. The last thing I need is for it to be in my games. Had enough completely. What a depressing capitalist world.

Sometimes I can not received my rewards because the video will not play after I have watched one or two videos. I received a message. Sometimes after watching a video I wait 10 to 15 seconds before I exited the video then I wait another ten seconds before I press for the next video. I think it works sometimes 😂.

I paid the $7 that took to have that night time manager for the extra 10 hours. The problem is whenever I try to run one of your ads it keeps saying that "video seven did not end properly." I'm not asking for my money back at all. What I'm asking is for you to fix this so that I can get my money's worth out of this game. I enjoy playing this game, and games that are like it, but when they're working properly. I also expect the game to work when I put money down for it. Fix the game!

Reason for rating is haven't played yet due to the app permissions you ask for. My WiFi connection, complete access to my network, my Google play/ billing configuration as well as other intrusive permissions no need for all that to play a game and not comfortable giving it. Have many games downloaded that don't require any of those to play games

The game is really awesome and working so well ....but once i got my hawaii map everything went down...first it waa like this ...when i move the camera to the parking area and beach the game starts to flicker so bad ...now i tried to open the game and when the loading bar finish loading the game wont appear...only the loading screen

Error message keeps coming up when I want to watch a video to double/profits or when a VIP visitor turns up. "Video 7 did not end properly" is the error message. If it wasn't for this, the game would be enjoyable

I LOVED this game i have only been playing for 10 min and have millions of dollars$$ the only downside for me are the noises the people make in the backround it's kinda weird but that's really it. I think you should make more games like this i also like how you don't ask for money for everything like other games. you really nailed this one.

I already know I will get the same message I got on my review of your hospital app. "We will continue to optimize our work and blah blah blah". It's the same problem on both games, the ads just stop working. Please find the money to pay the service that provides you ads so that the people who download your games can enjoy their experience. You should have worked out all these problems before making it available.

Love the game, but ive been recently encountering a problem that the game will load but then not load the game. Not sure how to fix this and afraid to delete and redownload in the case i would lose my progress

Game stops opening after some time tried to delete and install game multiple times but no difference I updated game to latest version but it just hangs on loading screen and nothing happens I also tried to restart game several times but still not able to complete loading

I got to watch a video and it want let me. Says video 7 didn't end well. Please fix. I've reloaded it 3 times and it has done it every time.

The graphics is good it's like in real life-you could play offline but 1 thing tho is that it's not a hotel game it's a super market tycoon just like that other game but its on Apple only I guess,but now we have a game like this on android. : ) but i guess so that they didn't get a copyright......smart.

Cute little time waster. A little heavy on ads, but at least it doest force them automatically. But being an ad driven game, what is the point if the vip cars or busses popping up with "no video" when tapped?

It's a great game but once you reach a certain part it doesnt let you watch videos to get things anymore it says "video 7 is not available" I tired delete and re download but that wont work

Overall the idea is fun, but it's the in game interface that bothers me, untidy fonts, wrong spelling, etc. Overall, nice game.

Would have really enjoyed this game however 10 minutes in ads resulted in video didnt end properly. Bit of a let down to be honest. I shall be moving on to a different idle game. I may come back and try again one day.

I liked the game before the error that I can't watch any video to get power ups. I will uninstall because of the error "video 7 did not load properly" or something like that.

Great imitation of similar games but ads won't play anymore. I keep getting error message saying 7th ad didn't play properly every time I try to watch an ad.

The video u error is because you only get so many videos you are allowed to watch in a 24 hour period every day at 12am it resets back and you can watch more videos for more coins so caution use what videos you can wisely.

It's a very fun game except the videos are not working when I try to watch a video to get the VIP cash or the extra people or any video it keeps saying no videos are working and is very aggravating.

Great concept halfway decent Graphics but there's some type of bug to where you click on to watch a video and it keeps shutting the app down please fix or I will have to leave my comment and review the way it is

Its not a hotel it's more like a mall bit its still fun and add more places to buy and it's complicated the thing whereby you upgrade the town you start a fresh the places its making the game boring thats y i give this game 2 stars

This game are really pretty cool when I played this game for 1 day and play for 20 minutes and I not play it again to earn much money I didn't delete this silly but when I open it it keeps getting me out?fixedd and now it open but I got surprised because I think it got clear data cause I got on level 1 I hate this fixed pls!!!

Very poor game you need to watch videos to progress in the game but it keeps saying video 7 did not end properly so it cannot play the videos you need to carry on...1 star all the way fix it and I'll give it more
