The app is good, customer care, customer service and administration are all three good and helpful. but the technical support of this company isn't helpful can't install devices neither a 6cat cable as if techniciens are managers they can just test your connection on every junctions without fixing troubles if you have a slow connection on your home place and this is bad.
In order to register, when you want to set the date, you have to press 100s of times to reach the month of your birth date. it could have been much better if you enter the day, month and year separately. it's a major draw back that could be avoided if the app was tested well.
Worst customer service I ever experienced. Most of the technical support team aren't helpful and some are disrespectful. They will tell you they will follow up your case, they will send an email, or... and that will rarely happen after lots of calls. Currently the app provides this number for support 6855, and before they provided a temporary number 04 727 762, both of them aren't working. I also tried this one 1282, good luck being customer #45 everytime you call.
A few days ago the app logged me out of the account (on my phone and on two others that have the same account) and now i try to log back in but it's saying that the username or password are incorrect. Even though i'm sure they are, i tried the 'forgot my password' and put my email but it's sayin 'error resetting password'. Please fix it soon. Thank you
I wouldn't recommend anyone to subscribe to them. The wifi stops working for no reason for almost an hour the connection is already extremely slow for the price and the representatives never answer or help me in anyway.
Very nice and helpful App. Especially that you can renew your service or refill GB's in your home through the App without going out to look for vouchers in stores. Moreover, it shows your daily data consumption and all offers. It deserves 5 stars good job guys👍
What's the point of this application? You cannot recharge your account... You can manage your account and to enter your birthday you have to manually scroll from year to year. Pointless app, will remove.
It's a good and organized app but I keep asking myself why don't add to it the actions of the new account management center website. Using an app is better than using the website.
The worst of the worst. Thanks for never opening correctly and always making me wait. Just stick with a website and a hotline that no one ever responds to
They give username and password which doesnt log in you try to call the call center no body answers try to recharge you cant overall very disappointing tried to contact the sales personnel after he sold me the router he never answer i dont recomend anyone to buy the products because after sales services are rubbish
It's not working anymore, it shows me the Retry button and that's it. I thought the new update will fix that but it didn't.

After the update invalid credential I can't access my account any more called idm service center they didn't have a solution.
I am fine now with the new updated app. You just need to register all over again so that it works for you.

One of the worst ISPs with recurrent fraud and deceitful activity. I upgraded my account to open speed and unlimited only to be cutoff after 18 days and my family was left without internet during these difficult online class period even after complaining to customer service. They justified the cut saying that I exceeded 200GB of downloads. The only reason they are in business is the corrupt politicians behind the company

Good app, fix bug when choosing a plan, we cannot scroll down to choose plans from down the list. If phone used in landscape mode, the list becomes shorter and can't neither scroll down to choose the appropriate plan.
