So far the best and easiest experience I've had when it comes to identity verification apps!
Easy to use, self explanatory and quick.
I tried many time it's not saving my pictures, then crashes.
Frustrating experience with IDnow. First tried the PC app - stuck in waiting for over half an hour. Tried again. Turned out to be impossible to read the small print on my ID, hence they stopped the process and asked me to install the phone app. That one gave me an error message, asking me to use the PC app. Had to go with (physical) PostIdent instead.
I have been waiting more than 30 days for approval, sent several emails with no acknowledgement at all of receipt. This is a very difficult process my phone heats up so badly just waiting for the system to scan and when it does it kicks out sends you back to the country of origin and you start the process all over again. The company that selected this app for ID purposes you really need to rethink your choice, worst experience ever and not to mention your personal info is who knows where.
It doesn't work cannot go even first step forward. It says "unfortunately IDnow AutoIdent has stopped". It even doesn't allow reporting. I contacted them via email on their website and as per their suggestions I tried to do it on other device with 1 GB of free memory on it but it doesn't work. Their other suggestion was to uninstall and reinstall the app it also doesn't work. But simulteneously they also wrote me that there is a bug in the app which they are unable to fix in coming days.
I'm afraid that have to confirm the every poor and bad experience I just had trying to verify my ID with no video selfie starting at all in 2 different devices. The app would simply NOT CONTINUE moving forward after the first ID scan. Need to verify my ID in order to activate a New Sim and now I find myself in a situation I don't really know what to do. Tried disinstalling twice on both devices but still NOTHING. So frustrating and annoying!!!

complete waste of time. app shows all ok, but backend processing not OK. cannot hamdle triple-camera phones such as pixel6.

Wow really fast and efficient id verification! Link, Install, Open, Insert code, Start verification, Showing front & back of id card and already done in less than two minutes :D
My face on camera gets distorted each time (camera works with other apps) and fails verification every time, not sure if it s due to that
Takes about an hour for the app to actually scan your document... Tip: ignoring the instructions provided works best.
Very frustrating experience. We are on try number 8 and although it says it worked, we are never approved. We were told to try it with Wifi turned off, in outdoor light- nothing works. Our investing has come to a screeching halt because of this ineffective App. Would never recommend this app without lots of improvements.
Doesn't scan properly, does not focus to get the writing in the card and the verification fails..

Useless app with no customer help. ”Verification process was Rejected. Please submit again with valid documents, due to CANCELED”. My documents are valid, I didn't cancel the process. Tried a few times with the same result. There is no option to call a human for help. You feel completely left alone.
Tried several times and even though I got a positive feedback in the app the confirmation it's not synced on the website (third party, they say). I tried to contact them on Facebook and directly over the email, multiple times, but i just got delayed, every time.
Downloaded to get Lycamobile id'ed. Tried twice to get id'ed for a new Lycamobile service. Both times app accepted and transmitted the info and within seconds i got a message back saying "Verification process was Rejected. Please submit again with valid documents, due to CANCELED"..an nothing response that gives you no idea what you have done wrong, or who to talk to to get it sorted.
This thing is absolutely awful. I am exhausted trying to get it work. Shake even a little bit and you have to start over again. I had to make it work, and after 3 hours and over 100 attempts it finally did, but I wouldn't wish this PoS on an enemy.
App won't recognize driver's license. Won't even let you select driver's license as a document option when you select country as United States. This app is holding up and important transaction. Terrible.
I tried the selfie about 10 times with my new Samsung S20 but the selfie was not accepted. So i downloaded it on my old Galaxy 7 Se and it work the first time i tried it.
