Placed an order in May and never received a shipping confirmation or my items. E-mailed multiple times with no response. I'm now in the midst of a PayPal claim to get my money back. On top of that the shipping charge was outrageous as well. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS APP OR ITS WEBSITE. Update July 12: My PayPal case was closed in my favor and I am receiving a refund from PayPal. The company never responded to the case or claim.

Easy to use and has good merch from what I could tell. Only on popular bands. I had this app for over eight months and it had no new updates on Astro merch, which was dissapointing. They have maybe about seven products for them? But that's all. There are plenty of other places that sell the same with a better variety. I understand Astro isn't that big yet and their merch may not be in such high demand as others, but it's still disappointing.

the clothes are great! They have good brands also but the only problem was shipping. Shipping costs 18 dollars total! The prices for the clothes are already expensive. But the app is good overall just not the prices...

I ordered something but it just says it has shipped. It has been over 2 months. When I went to check again it had automatically logged me out without permission. then when I tried to log back in it wont let me.

I ordered something in November, it is now January, I keep asking for you to contact me back and I haven't gotten a single reply. This is taking way too long, I wasted $34 on something that never arrived? You need to keep up with your emails please and email me, this is tiring. It's been months, and your email? It hasn't been found, and whenever I try to subscribe to something concerning an email, it says that it doesn't exist. Please get on top of this.

Won't load. I'll open the app, and it'll show a loading screen for 3-4 seconds, then say "Error, please try again". Re-downloaded about 20 times. Please fix this.

Do not trust this company. I spent $40 only to never receive my order. Currently running a dispute with PayPal and the odds are in my favour as they have not replied and it's been almost a month since the dispute was made. I also contacted them on Twitter and left a reply on one of their posts, only to find a few hours later that they had deleted the reply so no one on Twitter could see it. If that doesn't scream "shady business" I don't know what does

I have not received my paid items which I purchased 1.5 moths ago and I have been emailing the seller last week and this week with no replies! This is terrible because I am not sure if i will be getting what I have paid for after all!

My friend ordered a hoodie in idols fashion and paid for it through online in 1st week of July. It's 11th December and we haven't received our order yet. Tried to contact them through email but no response from their side. Their service doesn't even worth this 1 star.

If you're an older kpop fan that prefers 2nd or first gen kpop, this is not the app for you. It offers very little from 2nd gen. Caters mainly to the big fandoms that debuted in the past few years.

Guys this app just waste cause I am an army of bts when I opened the bts collection folder " it was empty " but for others kpop group the folder has a good collection. If you are an army don't install this app 🙄

Nice app, but there is not any ruppees option for India, then how will people from different countries shop here, if they don't have dollars!? it's a nice app but there should be an option like that,.. please update it..

I ordered something in November of last year and I still haven't gotten is and the price for it was crazy high because of the shipping cost.

i would have given it a ZERO, i am having trouble with my item since april and havent even gotten a refund ,really bad experience with this app,i recomend not to purchase.

it keeps telling me to update, if i click cancel on it then it kicks me out of the app, if i try to update it then theres no option to update.

Why is there not a single product of BTS? Just a blank folder as "BTS collection"!? shame on the founder of this app for using their pictures just to get attention.

Never got my shirt. Shipping is ridiculous, and on top of that their only form of contact is an email address that I tried and never got a response back

This site/app is a scheme. DO NOT USE. Ordered sweaters 11/1/19 and it's currently 3/22/20. They don't email back either.

They dont reply to emails. I've been sending emails for the past 6 months, and have yet to receive a response.

The clothes is really good quality and very cute. It is very comfortable clothes.

worse app ever...even right after i installed the app and while i tried to open the app it always says to update.....the app...this is rediculous

it seemed so good but i can't login and it always says "error" and i have to restart the app
